i've been away from game for awhike, re-installed & my account is still here, except i only have 1 mech.
i CAN NOT reach support, the e-mail provided will not open for me.
i need an alternate method to get my mechs back.

What mech pack(s) did you buy? Did you keep the e-receipts for your purchases?
Even email confirmation for MWO purchases may have a bearing in such a case...

Did you have another MWO account under a different name, that held your MWO mech pack purchases?
(Just thinking of the many possibilities for you...)
