Greetings MechWarriors,

Last weekend we experienced a server issue at our data center, this issue rendered the game unplayable most of Sunday morning and the website was offline until Monday Mid-afternoon. As we mentioned on X (Twitter) here are 3 things to make up for the unscheduled downtime.

1. Compensation for Active Premium Time. Anyone who had played at least 1 game between 2024-01-01 00:00 UTC and 2024-11-08 00:00 UTC will receive 3 days of Active premium time to compensate. (this will be added tomorrow)
2. The active Trick or Treat Loot bag Event has been extended 72 hours.
3. I am creating a Small Challenge Event for this weekend with rewards to thank you for coming back and playing MWO this weekend after the outage

What about the 'Mech packs sale in the web Store that was cut short by the servers' outage?

When the servers went down, I was just about to buy a Legendary 'Mechpack in the web Store.
