Aloha mates and merry christma for those who celebrate. i bought some items an hour ago but i dont get them ingame. is this normal? and how long does it take to be able to use them ingame?

Did you buy them in the Store?

Usually it takes one hour or so.

I say give it one extra hour and if nothing happens, use this e-mail to contact the MWO Support service:

From my experience it's often quicker than that.
Beware sometimes (don't know why) the popup about the new stuff doesn't show when you (re)load the game, so be sure to check in your mechbays.
But yep, contact support if your items don't appear ig.

I usually play a QP game or two, and it usually would drop into your MechBay by then (bought mechs also have an announcement box pop-up just before you get back into MechBay)!

Or just some something else in RL**, then force an update by going into the Training Grounds and back, to force this announcement box pop-up just before you get back into MechBay!

(Note: RL = Real Life, you know, perhaps things like washing the kitchen dishes, shovel the snow, mowing the lawn, etc.! [tongue-in-cheek manner] )
