Been years since I made a purchase. Have spent literally thousands on this game but stopped after Xsolla started being used. But I forgot and recently wanted to make a transaction to buy the Firemoth.
Still Xsolla?
No shopping cart so I could not put multiple purchases into one cart.
Xsolla's "we made a small transaction" process is the worst. No other CC transaction anywhere requires it.
Even though I did not finish their process it said the purchase was successful. It was not.
Asked Xsolla to cancel the transaction. And now I remember why I stopped buying from the store.
Maybe in another 5 years I will make the same mistake again.

I've made purchases using both Xsolla and the Steam store for MWO content. Steam doesn't use Xsolla so it might be a better option for you.

Good hunting,

I use Xsolla where possible; direct purchase at MWO website means max profit for game maker...

==>I do resonate with your request for "put multiple purchases into one cart"... wish MWO Store can allow this... :) ;) :)

My bank constantly declines transactions through Xsolla so I have no choice but to buy through Steam. Steam also has the advantage of a cart too, a big boon when you're trying to purchase 10 Legend mechs Posted Image

Any bank worth dealing with can whitelist a payment service like Xsolla, although it will usually take a phone call

Yeah not having a cart is a major downside.

Uh okay and the point here with the passive-agressive bs is? You aren't alone in having spent thousands of dollars. Oh no have to tell all the players who don't care that I'm not spending money 'cause I can't figure out their payment processor.

If that's really the issue, use Steam.
