[Way of the Ferret]

Some build ideas for the new mechs. Because of the ballistic hardpoint inflation on two of the variants and that they come "stock" with AP Gauss already, I tried to limit myself to not putting APG on any of these builds below, just as an experiment. These mechs look fun!

UM-IIC-M(TSP): 2xERPPC 10xHMG. I don't like going slow, but having ERPPC for reach and 14 cold DPS up close seems maybe playable.

BKL-M(TSP): 1xGr 5xERML. I know it gets HAG ammo, but I'm just a big fan of Gaussvom, and the cooldown on Gauss syncs better with cERML than HAG30.

SMN-P(TSP): 4xERLL. The new CT gives +5% range, so a total of +20% range on cERLL seems fun. If this were for FP I would probably strip more (which is especially favorable due to the fully body quirk) and jam a TC7 in for maximum range, but for QP I'd rather have extra DHS for an extra ATO.

GAR-M(TSP): 2xERPPC 12xERμL (2x iJJ). Hello, 80-ton EXE.
(Note: I had to build this as a "custom" mech because I would use the upcoming extra LT omnipod that only has 2x iJJ instead of 4, so when trying to build the mech with the "real" variant, the build is overweight by 4 tons, and MechDB won't let you share invalid builds.)

HMG has higher DPS despite lower range, vs AP Gauss also i hear the gargoyle is going to be losing 2 jump jets

but the HAG30 does more damage... and higher velocity. even though now your shooting 3 pellets instead of whateve the 30 does.
