Okay, War Ghoul and Void Killer allows one to get the Clan Legend. So why not the same for Inner Sphere Legend? Makes no sense to me.

How to get INNER SPHERE PACKAGE REWARD?

There are no "Is Mech" packages released this year.
How can someone who has already purchased all of the previously released "Is Mech" packages and heroic "Mechs" fulfill the requirements?

As of now, it seems like there's no other way than to force-buy the Reinforcement Mechs 2017 Urban Mech from the Gift Store.

If this continues, ll have to buy more than we already have.

This year, the Gauntlet was released, but it was excluded because it was a Legendary Mech.

Before you buy, the "Reinforcement Mechs" from the gift store are not what's meant on the eligibility page.
The page is referring to the purchasable addons to regular mechpacks. Like the last one that had a reinforcement addon before they changed the selling mode, the Dervish:

If you look at the Clan Legend qualifying section it says this:

Void Killer and War Ghoul counts for both (IS and CLAN Legend Rewards)

For some reason they didn't repeat that in the IS Legend section

I know, I read that part. Which is why I'm asking: why isn't this being done for the Inner Sphere Legend? This makes no sense.

it looked like a copy pasta failure to me. i got the clan reward from the bullshark legend. hard to say if i got the is reward from that though on the grounds i bought four other is legends this year.

Left and Right Arm: ER PPC

Left and Right Torso: LRM 15, MPL, MG.

Ammo: LRM x2, Left Torso, MG ½ ton, CT.

Buying the Bullshark Legendary Mechs x2 (Void Killer & War Ghoul) does give you both IS Legend Reward,
and also the Clan Legend Reward. I've tried this myself, and it works!

its usually updated every hour on the hour, though sometimes you have to relog.

not that - after being pressed, does not go to redeemed. just stays grey. if i reload the page i can press it again..maybe i can redeem all mechs this way
