I'm by no means a mini's painter, but I got around to trying to test some paints on my atlas to see what kinds of stuff stick to 3d printed PLA. I found some anti-rust spray paint for metal (lol) for the base, and found some 10 year old citidel colour paints I had found around the house... amazingly they're still liquid. Unfortunately I didn't have a lot of colours and didn't want to go buy a bunch since it's mostly a function test so I opted for a noob tan colour scheme

Turned out pretty well, but should have painted the better print in hindsight... it's a lot of work!

The paint doesn't stick that well to rust paint unfortunately... but I sealed it with transparent latex sealant for durability. Seems to work.. I don't know how you guys manage to paint things so small.
