A few questions:

The permium months that you get with the pack, do they start Aug 7 or when the game goes Non-Beta?

When I buy the pack, I have to pick a mech. Will I get a chance to pick a different mech on Aug 7 or when it goes Non-Beta?

Automated != Immediate/instantaneous.

Give it more than 5 minutes...

Also.. I can see that your tag is not active either.. so that means the payment hasn't gone through yet etc If your payment was successful then you should get the forums tag IMMEDIATELY. The Beta Key might not be as immediate but it should come not longer after (I assume).. and if the payment has come out of your account already, then you might need to contact the support team...

I think I did find a post saying you could pick a new mech on the 7th?

If permium starts on the 7th and they reset the server on 25th then you would lose everything from the permium, thats why I am asking.

I am sooooo confused does the game start on August 7? and why is it so hard to get any simple info about the game from the website? So much talk I just want a start button and some mechs to shoot--- is that too much to ask?

Did the payment go through? Your founders tag (forum tag) is still showing as non-Founder.. check to see if the payment was successful etc.. if it was, you may need to contact the support team.

help! i paid my $60 but can't get in to play!? i have downloaded the game and the patch, but there is no interface to allow me to play with my Atlas I purchased? please help!

I personally don't want to play in the beta because I want to have the full game and as bug-less as possible, but this is good, the more testers the more we can get done faster I think.

I still can't get into Closed Beta... even after today getting another email confirning that as a Legendary Founder I had been granted immediate access.
