Anyone want to take a stab at cleaning this up better?
I took my favorite parts of FD's concept pics of the Dragon and tried to clean it up and put some textures on it.
I'm not sure how much more I can do but I'll bet someone else can get a nice repaint out of this.

That's freakin' awesome, dood. I personally really liked the concept sketch where the Dragon had a very long torso, I think it made it look like it was specifically designed to fling LRMs at the enemy with extreme prejudice. XD

Since repainting these mechs my respect for Flying Debris has grown in leaps and bounds, you just don't realise the detail of the artwork until you start zooming in to pixel level.

PS nice Deathwing Atlas there Hartsblade

Just wanted to share a unit paint request by Leutnant Duke "Il Duce" or Adler Provisional Company, Storm's Metal Thunder.

Some toying around resulted in: Weathered A Company Atlas! (SMT)

Adridos, it's called RL and it has a tendency to crawl back on you, or worse, even sting you... Just like your black widow from a couple of posts back. Creepy notion ain't it?

For many, this may mean working your fleshy @$$ off, saving your marriage, spending time with a loved one who's ill with RL King Crab, dealing with depression, helping out a dear friend, or just finding love... This can be quite demanding! Which is why the guys at PGI felt it was essential to re-install the MW franchise on PC, in F2P mode to boot! Ain't it a cool notion to think that pretty soon we'll be able to switch momentarily from RL to heavy metal bodies and have a huge brawling party with total strangers and beat the crap out of 'em?

About time I say! And the heck with Shrink lobbies and their future revenue losses! Long live MW and its therapeutic virtues!

I put up three last night on page 80. I'm still here, quietly working, following my modus operandi.

Alright. So first (possibly last for tonight) 4th Ceti Hussars Atlas. This is a conjectural scheme, using elements of the Lexington Combat Group's paint scheme and the camo depicted in the '87 camo specs book.
Posted Image

EDIT: Last one for tonight. FWLM 13th Marik Militia Centurion. This was done as a generic request.

ED: One more... this is more of a conceptual quickie to get the notion out there, rather than one of my more dedicated pieces of work. Anyway, a lot of people are Firefly/Serenity fans, and I've seen a couple posts on the forum from people interested in doing a unit along these lines. Anyway, I whipped up this and a little back-story.

"There is a (spottily mentioned canonical-ed) Planet in the Taurian Concordat known as Serenity. Several decades ago the planet and several others attempted to succeed from the Concordat. The rebellion was swiftly put down, but a rag-tag group of revolutionaries escaped to the inner sphere and have since been making a living as mercenaries. This unit is known as the Serenity Browncoats." *Hayden goes for cover*

You did an extraordinary job with those stripes, Hayden. So much substance to what you do, and you and Ironhawk and everyone who shares here, shares it with the rest of us. Thank you.
