I think some guys' custom of posting repaints without giving credits to the template maker doesn't help.

So since I am just learning how to do these repaints, what exactly is a "template"? Just a cleaned version without coloration?

Cleaned version, no coloration, and a fairly self-explanatory coloring process. Basically just stick clipping layers to the "multi white" layer and apply any colors or details there.
