Not. Enough. Likes. On. Earth.
Amazing repaint! Thank you so much for the incredible surprise!
If you don't mind, I'd like to repost this image on the DHB forums once I get home from work and can upload it to my photo host account for reposting.
Love the image, fits in splendidly with the repaints done by our one and only, [DHB] Killhunger (example below, my personal Highlander, Pale Horse. Courtesy of Killhunger)
I'd say you pretty much nailed our parade colors on the head man.
Thank you so much, and as I said in my first post, keep up the fantastic work! We all appreciate it and enjoy the fruits of your labors immensely.
I hope to see you gents dirtside, and if the Atlas Hunters ever want to scrimmage, please let us know! We'd love to get some drops in with you guys at some point in the future.
In the mean time, I'll see you rowdy lot dirtside, be good or be good at it. <S>

I'm glad Alex truly did the Victor justice, and glad to see you continuing that trend, even if people are whining and QQing their precious panties off about the Victor in the Mech Loadout section.
I agree with Havoc, this thread is one of the highlights of the Forums, Certainly helps keeps me drawing!

I added some rust to make the paint more natural and changed the hue just a little bit. I also changed some details in the head to make it less boring. Let me know if this is really better.

Hmmmmmm. Unfortunately, I can't see the rust, IDK if it's the resolution level or what, but I like the IDEA anyhow, as cool as many paint jobs are, it's kinda artificial for them to be spit and polish (I always weathered my TT minis).

It is very subtle... look at the shoulder and breast plates: there is a very small, dark grain in the edges. Maybe not rusty enough?

well, not gonna tell ya to make it look like a tropical wreck, but yeah maybe too subtle. Might I suggest the edges of the plates near major joints, and especially the bottoms of the feet also? Along with some mud spatter and maybe carbon buildup on weapons and or carbon scoring?
(Of course easy for me to suggest it than make it happen, so take it with a grain of salt)
If you REALLY wanna do a nicely weathered version, you could always do the ever beat up VTR-9B "Bishop Steiner" Victor.......
