That's really what it is...lots of practice and experimenting. LIke I still flat out don't get the whole "layering" thing. Which is why my work lags behind Odanan's, Sparks, etc.

I also note that when I do work on a transparency, the background color I post on can wildly affect the perceived color, as sometimes stuff I thought looked plenty black or white, I'll post on here, and with the dark background be like... what the heck!?!?!?

About this repaint: I wanted to do two Black Knight repaints as tributes to 2 completely different "Black Knight" references. As you can see, I ended up putting both in the same repaint.

It's only a little armor damage, and maybe a myomer bundle or two was severed.... Now hopping on 1 leg!!!

Been trying to fix up the King Crab - how does this look for a base (prior to wiping out decals)? Recommendations?

Also, can anyone identify the unit? (Edit - NM, I just figured it out. Greenberg's Godzillas)
