Fires a constant stream of bills at a Mech taxing the pilot's wallet and resources that must be paid on-sight. If the Bills are un-able to be payed, the 'Mech is shut down and Repo'ed by the billing company.
Type: Ballistic
Weight: 5 tons (Gotta make room for those high-speed printers and fax machines)
Ammo: Paper (Cut down trees to reload)
Heat: None
Side Note: If equipped on an Atlas it will immediatly have a Tie on the chest and a pair of Glasses on the head

A real life tactical nuke can be fired from a one man portable rocket launcher bipod. The warhead is about the size of a watermelon and has a blast radius of 1 km. Thats a blast 2 km across. I assume it has a long enough range to stop it being a suicide weapon

They exist already. Jihad Hot Spots: 3070 and Historical: Reunification War have rules for tactical nuclear weapons, including man-portable ones. They don't have their own launchers, though, the non-infantry weapons are either specialized ammunition for Long Tom and Arrow IV artillery systems or modified capital missiles.

Each shell detonates on impact with the intent on maximizing target knock-back.
I figure trying to get an accurate shot off vs RACs tick me off enough in Mechwarrior. Why not make it REALLY knock you around like a rag doll!

Much like a revolver, shoots gauss slugs, would include CASE and advanced targeting computer. Would reload empty barrel promply after firing, in a sense would work like a rotary ac/5 (although I would imagine would produce a lot of heat)

Weapon : AA-HE (Anti-Armor High Explosive) Submunition for LB-X A/C's
Submunition design to rip through FF armor and have a delayed impact blast to damage internal parts.

They has these in WWII, slapped them on night fighters and light bombers... it always messed with defenders so much!

Clan ER Large Pulse Laser with Targeting Computer.
Yes, a -2 to hit on 25 hexes out i think.
Auto Cannon 2 with Precision Ammo and Targeting Computer.
Headshots for pilot wounds from 24 Hexes out for CHEAP.
Dual Charge SRM. You do Damage to Armor AND get a Critical roll.
Headhunter SRM. All SRM'* *** Side/Center-Torso or Head Location.
CLAN STREAK LRM 20. Reach out and Bomb somebody to death.
c3i, Artemis Missle Spam Lance. One Spotter, some LRM Heavy Mechs.
You get short range. No Minimum Penalty. Lots of bada boom.
But easy to counter with ECM.
Narc SPAM.
More evil with iNarc and Nemesis Narc Pod.
