I used to play one, but can't remember which. It was a persistent world on some planet and the houses fought over land. You had to maintain the units mechs and you could pilot vtol's, salvage vehicles and tanks. One of the ways of making money for your unit was to run 'recon' patrols and visit waypoints.

Does this ring a bell? Its been about 15 years since I played.

Back in the Mu* days I was... Nadia (Clan Wolf), Nadia Wolfkin (Kellhounds), Diana Jans, and a few others I have long ago forgotten. I was one of the hardcode/softcode team and later on took over as development lead on the mu*. I filled out an app on your forums. Hopefully we can get more of the old folks in the game and on our team.

I don't know if I'm in that group but I've been playing mechwarror seen it was just Mechwarror no number ! I've been know as "Metaldog" In every one I've played and at 57 years old I'am not the top dog in the game but I never give up, and always give my all ! An god its good to be back in the game !
