Raven, the only thing holding it back from perfection is the inability to mount and LB-10X AC or Ultra 10AC (or the 20s) on it. At least in MW4, don't know about TT. Even so strip those useless small lasers for more speed.
Used to like the wolfhound but a strange prejudice against rear mounted lasers put me off them (however I love aft mounted weapons on aerospace, odd)

If it comes to pure speed have to go with the Flea, anyone remember that mech racing league in MW4 Mercs days? Or capture the beacon? Hilarious times.

Mongoose looks pretty good just from seeing its stats in megamek. From the Clans the Couger just because it looks like the front end of a jet fighter.

Toss-up between the Valkyrie and Javelin. I love the Valk packing LRMs..but properly supported a Javelin can get close and just wreak havoc, as long as it doesn't get hit by anything bigger than a small laser.

My favorite light in general is probably the Wasp 1D, simply because of the flamer on it's leg. Pretty sure any infantry man that sees that isn't going to have any misconceptions about why it's been put there.

After that, I'd say the Raven, Flea, and Commando.

If I were to go Clan I've always liked the styling of the Puma, and I always had fun in the Fire Moth in the first MW2, so I'd say that one too.

Zeus. Or the Osiris. Such a competent little mech. those 5 ER Med lasers hurt and the SRM 6 can help it blow holes in mechs as it speeds by. The Cougar is quite powerful for a light mech as well. And then there's the Puma. I still remember the first time I ran into that thing in MW3. Was just going to swat it in my Bushwacker when this tiny mech opens up on me with twin ER PPCs
