Hai hai! Oshi wa Kaius! I rully love the Clans!!!!! I think each caln mechwarrior hasd a special spirit mech just for hiim/her! I like the Mad Kat!! Its so sexy and cool and good at everything! It is the beastest mech! (lol my typo is a pun)

Since I didn't see a thread for this, let's have a thrad wehre we talk about our specail spirit mechs!

I would rush to say Mad Cat / Timber Wolf from just the way it's named... I'm not visually mad, just mad at the world and people deep down. I believe I'm a cat, but people keep telling me I'm not (which fuels my mad factor for their disbelief). I love nature and trees (timber), and I'm often a lone wolf in any situation, meaning I don't follow the group - I am the group, but I don't wait for followers.

That 'Mech is just so perfect though - good speed for what it holds (a great amount of armaments of all ranges). I'm good looking myself (I strongly believe so, and been told so as well) but in no way do I pack the musclepower to win a professional wrestling contest. Yes I can be agile when it comes to sports, and I look rather fit, but I don't pack 2 ER Large Lasers and 30 LRMs to back it up, know what I mean?

Spirit mech? Well I know that most of the Clans have some kind of totem mech, which ironicly enough most of them are complete and total flops. The only one that comes to mind that is really good and is rather Iconic is the Nova Cat from, well Clan Nova Cat. Which Clan Sea Fox/Diamond Shark eventually buy the rights to produce the mech.

Timberwolf. I can't stand referring to it as a mad cat but it is definitely the 'Mech I feel most bonded to.

I would say the Commando is my spirit mech. Quick, Agile, can run and turn like a crazed squirrel on coffee. But, I am not limited to one spirit mech. My other meck would probably be the Gladiator. Beafy and a stand up guy.

Depends on what day it is I guess.

Most days it's the Mad Dog / Vulture. A heavy chassis, but on the light end of the heavy range. A long range tactically flexible mech.

Some days it's the Stone Rhino / Behemoth. Long range, heavily armored, and a jump capable 100-tonner.

And some days (rarely) it's the standard variant of the Nova / Black Hawk. Twelve ER-medium lasers. "Live fast, die hard, and leave a giant smoking crater."

Spirit 'mech? That's an easy choice. Nova. I might prefer my beautiful beasty Executioner, but the supremely self-destructive nature of the Nova's all out attack is too much like me.
