As there are no Furries in the Battletech or Mechwarrior lore, I would consider Furries in MWO an unwelcome intrusion. Not only that, as (furless) mechwarriors drive their mechs stripped down to their skivvies and wear cooling vests, it extremely unlikely a furry would even survive the smoldering environment inside a mech cockpit. I'm not a hater - I even count myself as a member of the Fandom. A reasonable member.

hmmm... imma keep an open mind. lets say it was populated by furies or there were furry races. I would think unless they were fairly new to the galaxy as sutch there would be better cooling tech involved. also some mechs would take linear desighns to a passion to immitate animales or rather the furry aspect (ego we all have one). For instance a MadCat just might be redone to look like a cat. you never know. As for being an intrusion not so much really. if you look at the MW universe as the future or alternate reality. Future tech could make it possible. especilly if art survives (which if nose art is to be belived it does) there are surely furries in the MW universe already just not forfront topics like today.

its hard work to moderate a furry or pony thread. They constantly try to degenerate into **** threads, and require constant care, like a bonsai tree.

with that said though, I'm not a furry, but I do get a laugh at insecure people who are compelled to make personal attacks at the preferences and hobbies of others.
