I'd pay to get that at the start of each match. (And yeah, I know it's coming regardless, but if it wasn't, I'd pay for it.)
Oh, I know! You could pay to get different voices and/or personalities. $100, and you get GLaDOS from Portal; she'll insult you whenever you take damage or miss with your PPCs!

1. Paint options as store items, once bought you can use them for every mech you have.
2. Buy C-Bills directly for real cash
3. A hero mech upgrade for already owned mechs, you could maintain your current pricing for this.
4. Found your own gaming group/merc unit/house unit/etc, the guy who buys this can create a unit and invite players to join this unit. The advantages here would be a shared chat room, the ability to look at each other's mechs and whatnot. The person who buys this is essentially the boss of this area.
5. Buy multiple mechbays (5, 10 or 20).
6. Canon unit crests like these for instance: http://www.camospecs...ction.asp?ID=17
And a later stage I'd like to see these:
1. Classic mission packs you can play with your friends, these might include a special skin or mech as a bonus. A pack that revolves around the Gray Death Legion would be akin to this http://www.sarna.net...cenario_pack%29 . We'd get the GDL skin and logo with it: http://www.camospecs...Unit.asp?ID=194
2. Pilot outfits, most of these guys where shorts and have rather iconic cooling vests http://www.sarna.net...MechWarrior.jpg

Reasons being,
1. Assault mechs cost a lot of cbills, so the grind takes a really long time. I would personally rather just spend some money and get a Hero version of one of my favorite mechs.
2. These mechs are fan favorites, and no one would pass up playing as an Atlas AND getting 30% extra cbills.

I've been a staunch free player since September. So what did it? Several things.
1) Double XP weekend and I needed a new mechbay. I bought 3.
But after I handed over the money for MC's I went a little wacky and started buying quite a bit more. It was a $50 gift visa from Christamas, so I had quite a bit of balance left.
2) Premium time. Wanting to get the multiplicative effect of premium time and double XP, I bought 3 days. I probably wouldn't have done this without the free day of premium time given out a month ago from the Penny Arcade comic.
3) Hero Mech. The clock was ticking on double XP weekend AND my 3 days of premium time, the pilot tree of my first CTF was complete and I did not have the C-bill balance to buy a second CTF. So I MC-purchased the hero mech. It's expensive as heck and really good. And when I finished with its pilot basics I did have enough C-Bill for a third Phract.

I would also pay for clan mechs to be non-player so we can keep the balance of power in players hands instead of tech. (What would we do if we saw a 6x S-SRM6 heavy mech with ECM that can go 90kph?)
I would also pay into a MC donation fund to get netcode fixes so we can get collisions back properly.
