Loveitloveitloveitloveitloveit!! I thought that, due to using CryEngine, that the animations would look silly (see MWLL). But it looks like CE3 has improved in that category. :P

theres a massive diff between mwll cryengines in graphics physics and animation quality and cryengine 3, we wish mwll moved to crysis 2 cryengine 3 but they dont wanna and we cant make them, honestly even as a f2p game, mwo is gonna be so much more fun then mwll due to roll warfare instead of an arms race into an assault so you can punk people with cheap shots (esp liking in mwo that theres no radar off mode, you are either powered up radar on with an ecm module perhaps making you harder to lock, but they know you are there, or you shut down to hide, but you cant shoot back if they find you this way)

i can already here the people with low end rigs crying about how cryengine3 brings them to their knees muahahahaha, i dont have this issue though since my laptop has a quad i7 @ 3.6 ghz 12 gigs of ram @ 1333 and 2 radeon 6790s in crossfire (its already kicked crysis *** crysis warheads *** and crysis 2s *** on ultra).

It's like that in the other MW games, but it's not like that in MWLL.

looks and sounds great. didnt show anything tactical tho. just mechs spamming weapons....fast weapons at that. must have more information.

Wow that was pretty...amazing stuff.

All those "vaporware" and "no substance" cryboys can sit down and shut up now.

A bit concerned about the extend of the Mech Lab but at the same time I trust they are smart enough to make it sensible and not make it go "anything goes anywhere".

My only concern is that the scouts still look a little too slow and thus easy fodder for bigger mechs. But obviously I know nothing of the specifics of the battles in that video, so we'll see.

Couple things I like about it:
-The Lasers look exactly how I wanted them. And they reflect nicely in the water!
-'splosions look pretty :P
-Twisting LRMs that look awesome
-Paul taking pot shots
-AC20 looked and sounded cool!

Things I dislike:
-The critical damage warning sound.

Funny thing I noticed:
in one of the clips, I saw a glitch in a medium laser in the background. it was stuck there, in non-stop fire with nobody around xD
Overall: SWEEEEET!!!!

I find the animations a bit stiff. Shouldn't the pelvis area on that Hunchback move a bit with each stride? Also none of them are putting their forward foot in front of the other when taking a step like any biped would. It looks like the leg movement one would produce when riding a bicycle ( especially on the Jenner)

Oh well, nothing dramatic AND IT IS A WORK IN PROGRESS but I still feel that >>currently<< MW3 was closer to the mark when balancing humanoïd movement and multi-ton upright war machine weight. MW4 had the biped movement right but most mechs lacked a sense of weight. ( I still remember the bouncy gait an Awesome had when running at max speed and that didn't feel right either )

I don't expect those to change much since they have alot more mechs to work on and open beta/release day is coming faster than we realize.

I know I've been critical of late so I'd like to finish by saying that for a "minimum viable product" it is looking spectacular even now, several months away from release. Inspiring work guys, keep it up !

Is not the travel-time on that AC20 round a bit low? I mean, it looks like it has a lower muzzle-velocity than one of those tennisball-launcher-machines?
