You need to get better at light?
Request a training.
Is the rust on your heavy exceeding your tons?
Request a training.
The environment is super friendly and it is a really good spirit amongst the people, I am almost never upset when I play with my brothers, and that is what keeps me in BWC, cause it really is the best community I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of.

If you want an organization that spans global time zones, that houses good people behind the pixels, that teaches and trains to win - then BWC offers recruits and members alike those things. But what keeps me coming back, day after day, drop after drop is the feeling of competitive fun that is cultivated in the organization.
I get the most out my gaming with my brothers and sisters in arms at BWC.
So will you.

I guess "loyality" is not enough to answere that question (although it should be

Ok fine, we all know that any game even (or especialy) MWO can get frustrating at some point. But fear not! BWC is an international multi gaming outfit. That means if something gets on your nerves, just relax and play something else with the same guys or some other few hundert people having gone through the same basic trainings and sharing the same common base. MWO wise I reached a level were I virtualy can not drop alone anymore. But fortunatly I dont have to!
Oh and if all that doesnt motivate you enough we have a metagame! Be a career (non com) officer and rise the ranks, screem at lazy recruits and present your uniform that will one day look like you are a soviet general

I joined BWC not for MWO, because they support a lot of games beside MWO. For example, Star Citizen, PS2, Diablo, War Thunder SWTOR and so on. After signing in I tried MWO to get familiar with my new brothers in arms and this was totally awesome. I had my first training in MWO and this was realy a pleasure. Before that I played MWO only for a few PUG drops and this was mostly a disaster. I died within 180 seconds in every game. Bad idea.
After my first training I realized that that they have players in all timezones. My friend list grows up realy fast and now melting faces with my brothers and sister is more than jumping around firing some lasers.
Playing with them put my gameplay further and I can't get enough. We have a lot of possibilities for trainings, talking about mechbuilds, tactics and play styles. I love that. Winning with friends couldn't be sweeter.
If you are someone who likes to do great things, BWC is a great opportunity.
Join us at www.the-bwc.com now.
No retreat, no surrender. We are brothers in arms and leaving my brothers and sister isn't a option.
Stay together, fight together. Thats what kept me in.

BWC keeps an organization that encourages and fosters an attitude towards the game that is positive, team oriented, and where players help teach each other. It is great to be part of a group where any level of commitment is accepted, but the more a member puts forward, (s)he can be involved up to whatever capacity of which (s)he is capable.

Since we have multiple MWO Line Company's people tend to play with people in their time Zone. So when I log in no matter what time it may be I always find friends to go Stomp around and Melt face with!
Add to that the fun things BWC does to keep the game fresh and interesting, Tournaments and training's are just the tip of the iceberg. When I joined I hardly new how to play the game but roughly a year later I have all the skills I need to win. And since I hardly ever drop without my friends the odds that we will win and dominate the other team are damn good.

I played MWO since the start, but I had gotten bored with it, and I was pleased to discover BWC had many operations ongoing to try and keep the game interesting and competitive.
Now I have found a home in 1V Bravo company aka The ********, the BWC EU time-zone focused company. With them I had the honour and privilege to participate in many operations and we are now competing for the top spot in the EU MRBC league.
I love the relaxed, but serious atmosphere. Awesome pilots always ready to help.

BWC was my first 'clan/guild/organized group' that I've joined in gaming. I've always been a solo player due to time constraints around when I can play, generally not being able to meet the commitments of groups with 'Pro-like' commitments. In playing MWO, I realized the PUG endgame in that playing alone without communication was going to drive me crazy, given that's not what it's supposed to be like. MWO is a game where strategy and tactics are required to succeed, otherwise you fail quick. As such, I realized that communication would be a critical aspect of being able to succeed, and suspected that voice comms would be a part of a better gaming experience.
After hooking up TS3 (which I never used prior) I played around in some of the general TS3 MWO servers, and had a good time. It helped me realize that organized gameplay was fun (!) and the results were more fulfilling than just rolling in a PUG. Hence, I surfed the forums for a good group to roll with in MWO, and found the BWC.
When I joined BWC, I didn't quite know what to expect - they looked very professional from the outside, but I hadn't really crossed paths in game. Formalities aside, as soon as I hooked up in TS3 I found a community that I hadn't expected. Gameplay ensued, fun was had. I was able to get as competitive as I wanted, and BWC was cool with it. I found that being with the BWC I've played more than I normally would, and organized meets and events are a part of that. I can't imagine going back to solely rolling in PUGs, as the experience is much richer with a community of folks excited for MWO.
... and there will be Community Warfare - I expect that we will rock.

This answer is easy! The operations. MWO is a pretty straightforward game. We have 2, now 3, modes of essentially the dame death match game. But BWC Operations have breathed new life into the game. It’s more difficult with 12v12 because it can be challenging putting 24 people together, but BWC is large enough where we can do that often! Our Operations have a large variety of themes, from Lore based themes based off encounters in the BT Universe, to fun operations where we drop in chaotic, always-changing scenarios with and against each other. There’s tons of variety and always great people to play with!

BWC isn't just an MWO Clan, it really is a gaming community. When I start to get worn down from playing MWO, there is a built in community of people that I can drop into other games to play with. I've had a few times where I have tried to keep from burning out by dropping down into the WarThunder Teamspeak lobbies, as well as Neverwinter/Diablo3 and SWTOR. I'm also really interested in playing ARMA3 at somne point, and we have a group of players that fall into that category as well. Not to mention the colossus that is standing around the corner in Star Citizen.
BWC also offers a lot to someone looking for something to do within MWO. For starters you will never have to PUG drop again, because there is always someone else on. 5 AM? No problem... there are some players in the Oceanic region (Australia and Asia) that will probably be on playing. 1300 on a Thursday? Yup, someone from the EU will be on there blasting other mechs with you. You want to get your feet wet in the competitive 12 man game? Well we do internal 12 man tournaments between the multiple line companies we have in the game. We also have teams that have participated in Run Hot or Die and MRBC. Is teaching more your thing? Because we have drill instructor positions for people to pass on their knowledge to other people through fully flushed out training scenarios.
There really is something for everyone, and this will only continue to grow with the advent of the launch module and the ability to run scenarios and operations against each other much more freely than we can do with the current matchmaking system. If that isn't enough to get you interested I'm not sure what is.

The fantastic BWC members. Everyone here is very welcoming and open to help you, especially with suggesting mech builds that make you more efficient and deadly in battle. I work a very late schedule so on weekdays I didn't expect there to be many (or any) people to drop with me, but because of BWC's global presence there are nearly always enough people on for at least a 4-man group to drop with. Over time I've gotten to know the people I regularly drop with in BWC to the point that I know what their best mechs are and how they'll use them, and that makes the teamwork much more effective, beyond the improvements that being able to communicate with them on TeamSpeak offers.
If you're sick and tired of never knowing how the mechs around you will perform and thus what you should do in a given combat situation, then BWC is for you.

Thats easy, the people in the outfit. Without my fellow BWC members I would have quit MWO some time ago. Being able to find people to group up with and having a standard of communication within drops makes it a completely different ballgame.
Before BWC I had never grouped up in MWO.I had about a 130 more losses than wins. After that and before the stat reset I actually had a positive win/loss ratio.
Even when you need a break from MWO we have a lot of other supported and semi supported games such as Planetside 2,SWTOR,the upcoming Star Citizen and many more.
So come and take a look. We might not be the gaming outfit for everyone out there but if you enjoy teamwork, camaraderie and having fun come join us!

Well it is a simple question that demands a simple answer.
First of all, for a good team to continue playing and to become better with each fight it must be united and each member must know what his/her team mates are capable of. BWC excels in this category.
Then it's the FUN factor with a very pleasant company of people. Everyone is playing games to have fun and to win in competitive play. This is BWC.
This is what kept me here for more than a year now.
One team, One fight!

Actually, many things have kept me in BWC. First and foremost is the people. When I joined, I was brand new to MWO. I was horrible at MWO to be honest. A few quick training's, and hooking up with one of the line companies, I quickly developed the skills to be competitive. The operations, and field training exercises keep a pilot on his toes, and get them out of their comfort zone at times, improving their over all gameplay.
Plus, BWC has other games that they support, with more on the way. Even alot of the games that are not officially supported, there is still a good chance you will find others playing the same game in teamspeak.

I'm relatively new, however I can see BWC's organized approach to competitive gaming keeping me around. I also like the sense of camaraderie I feel as a member of the military, playing with other military members and veterans. It's comfortable and enjoyable. BWC will be the place for me.

All of them, really. But I'm sad to say my two favorites are the Daish... errr the Dire Wolf and the Timber Wolf. I played both those mechs a lot in MW3 and MW4. I'm sure they'll be a lot different, just like all the mechs in MWO, but I'm still looking forward to driving them.
I'm also looking forward to some chassis I don't have a lot of experience in, like the Masakari and Nova.

The reasoning for this is very simple. I cannot allocate the funds right now to spend on ingame Mechs
Since I am in the startup phase of creating my own company. I also wasn't that into clan mechs during
the earlier Mechwarrior games.
What I look forward to the most with this release is to see how the introduction of these new clan mechs
will impact the game play, dynamics and how inner sphere mechs will counter any "edge" that the clan mechs have.
In the end I am sure that myself and my fellow BWC members will have great fun killing of these new shiny mechs
with superior teamwork and spot on communication.
if running with a pack of highly organized wolves that shots first and retreats second is something your into. Then head to
the-bwc.com and submit an application to join Black Widow Company (Bravo Whiskey Charlie in MWO).

First, for my playstyle a mech needs jump jets, but you can’t beat those 2 awesome laser fists. Its like strapping a Jenner F to each arm and poking people with it in the back

Focused damage with a serious alpha… I love it.
Sure, heat will be a B!TCH, it is not as fast as I would like it and losing an arm will suck, but still… the real question is: do I go gold… or not

Hm apart from ballanced ones that do not totaly replace IS mechs but are still viable, that would be the Nova and the Mad Cat.
Mostly because the Mad Cat is one of the most ballanced heavy mechs available and might give fresh blood to the heavy class while the Nova is the epitome of a nasty striking mech.
I usualy prefere JJ mechs but the Thor is just not a favourite of mine.
Oh and then ofc I am looking forward to see gold mechs. I hope there will be achievments for hunting those
