The scope and magnitude of Star Citizen was the major drive for me to start looking for a well structured outfit to join. BWC stood out for me due to it's legacy and highly defined chain of command. I joined, I found a hell of a lot more than I thought. Far and beyond any expectations.

I'm certain your MWO expectations will get surpassed as well.

Why I started looking for a team to play with.

Dominated as a lone-wolf, decided it was high time to find a professional group of body-guards. Posted Image Ok really. I wanted to be in a tribe of like minded individuals that want to do well, have fun, and be organized. MWO looks like a game that a lone-wolf will be dominated and where's the fun in that?

I started looking for a team when I was between MMOs and picked up Mechwarrior Online. After seeing how painful it was to be a lone wolf fighting against organized teams I started looking for a group of players that had the same goals. I found the BWC and joined up. Through them I discovered PS2 and learned about Star Citizen’s development.

What I was looking for in a team.

When i decided to join BWC i was looking for a few thing that were very important to me in a player association. Those thing were a military type ranking structure, precise execution of maneuver in a game, a set of rules that apply equal to every one, and a fair chance to progress in the ranks through commitment and contribution to the cause (one Team One Fight), and most and above all people who know how to have fun playing a a game.

Why I started looking for a team to play with.

Without a group in games such as this, you simply can't hope to have a good time. I played Planetside 2 and was looking forward to Star Citizen. When Black Widow Company extended an invitation at one of their groups I had to check them out. After a short stay with them, I'm very glad I joined.

What I was looking for in a team.

MWO presents a whole slew of obstacles and challenges that need to be overcome in order to win. A lance must work together and focus on objectives together. Scouts need to be targetting, while Snipers and LRMs lay waste to the target from klicks away. I was looking for a team that had this type of coordination and teamwork. Bravo Whiskey Charlie, BWC, has shown me that this type of teamwork is not only possible in MWO, it is possible every single battle in and out of combat. The teamwork is there when we're discussing strategies, it is there when we're building mechs and bouncing builds off each other, and it is there outside of the game, for real life help and making friends. BWC is not just a team, it is a family.

What I was looking for in a team.

The Macrotermes species of termite lives in tropical savanna areas in Africa (Wiki). They build mounds up to 30 freakin' feet off the ground... all thanks to teamwork. There are notable individual achievements throughout history, but the greatest things mankind has ever created, have come from teamwork. There are no real superhero, one-man armies.

My primary game genre has been flight simulators since I was a wee lad. Flying solo and blasting bad guys in my one-man fighter ship was always awesome. But, imagine exploring the universe in a Corvette class ship, alongside a hardened crew of your buddies?
Each team member assigned to a station, perhaps manning a Turret or pprepping to launch in the snub fighter in your ship's belly. Undertaking high-risk missions into the deepest and most dangerous areas of space with my BWC buddies... blows my mind.

It's just much cooler and more fun being part of a disciplined, combat-effective, space-faring crew. A force to be reckoned with like in Star Trek, Star Wars, Battlestar Galactica. To achieve the most distant goals, you need a team. You need a team who shares your ideals.

People don't always agree, but we respect and support each other. Add some training and discipline to the mix, and you have the recipe for an unstoppable unit. All while having a great freakin' time, with none of those online maturity situations we've all run into. BWC is run like a clock, and filled with really good people who help others, inside and outside of gaming. I'm glad to be a part of it.

Why I started looking for a team to play with:
If you want to achieve something meaningful and sustainable, you want to be in an outfit.
Posting some lone wolf killstreak vids on youtube is nothing special at all. Everyone does this.
But working together as a team to achieve something greater and unexpected (against all odds), that's how epic battle stories are born.
If you share and remember those stories with your team friends afterwards, you will proudly realize that these things are way more important and satisfying than having a decent K/D ratio.

BWC. One team. One fight.

What I was looking for in a team:

I have been in many clans/teams in different games and when I decided to actualy join another one, I wanted something a little bit more different this time. Ofc teamplay, organisation, activity and understanding of tactics and strategies were factors too.

As MWO works atm, I although prefered teams that do some kind of their own, missions, tournaments etc. And shiny medals ofc!

I'm pretty good in a team. Why? Coz I don't value getting the biggest damage, most kills, running forward and show off. If anyone else wants that, fine by me. But puhleaze! Do NOT put me in an eight-or-larger-number group of people with only the ME-ME-ME attitude.
I do pretty good on compliments. Happy to help out others. So, give me a team that values my intrinsic teamplaying instinct, will you? Give me people who appreciate my time I'm choosing to spend with them. Give me people who will help me improve. Give me people to appreciate for their time they're choosing to spend with (or even invest in) me!
That's what I want to find in a team.

A team I'm looking for should be organised, have clear objectives, and the means with which to achieve those goals. BWC has these and more. A massive infrastructure with officers in place to make things happen; officers with ego-trips never see the light of day. Trainings, a fantastic Operations Server, a calendar that is always full....even a stale game gets refreshing.

If you want to join a group that will enhance your gameplay, join BWC now.

What I was looking for in a team.
Coordination, knowledge, challenge, opportunity to grow and some guidance to achieve all of those objectives, if needed. Last but not least, Corp de Esprit and comradery.

Any victory is sweeter if that experience can be shared with friends.

Once Community Warfare is out, I look forward to joining and supporting my team in providing top mercenary services to the highest bidder and carving out a piece of the universe.

When I started searching for an outfit I wanted and organized, mature and friendly group of gamers. Also I hoped to find a community that I knew wouldn't disband after a few months because on disinterest and/or clash of egos. BWC ended surpassing my expectations no only because we're very organized but also because we have an above average maturity and friendly environment. Not only that but we've been around for more than 10 years now and I hope to be around for the next 10 at least with this great group of people.

What I was looking for in a team.

I was looking for a team that actually had players that played and participated. Too many times I had logged into a voice server and found no one there. Just tumbleweed and insects – no players to join up with. There is nothing sadder than playing solo on a team speak channel. You are basically back to single player mode and getting your head handed to you many many times. I wanted a team with actual players that would be online when I was. Also I wanted a strong leadership structure – telling everyone we are all the same and no one is in charge is just stupid and doesn’t work. Leadership shapes a group and coordinate efforts to a common goal – the “we are all equal, but I am more equal than you” crap doesn’t even work in kindergarten. To be honest, I was looking for a team that would add to my online experiences not take away from them

What I was looking for in a team

The short and sweet version, Coordination, Teamwork, organization.
The big thing about being in a team is having fun with other people, the world would be a dull place if we were alone!

What I was looking for in a team

An organized group, able to communicate well and offer constructive criticism. A team will always focus on strategic goals while maintaining cohesion vice individuals who are usually focused on their own agenda and limited to their own strengths or weaknesses. I am looking for the strength that a team can provide with varied knowledge and skill levels.

What I was Looking for in a Team

Over the Years I’ve tried many different communities and guilds, what I seemed to find every time where loose groups of people. Nowhere was there a group with real cohesion, team spirit and camaraderie. Being ex-military I was used to a close nit, banter driven environment, where you could rely on people to not be just looking out for themselves. I never felt like I belonged in any of the previous guilds and communities that I looked into, no one ever engaged with you when you joined and very rarely did people help each other out.

What I was looking for was a brotherhood of community driven people that took interest in each other, that wanted to make more of everyone and make the whole Company better as a result!!

When I began looking for a team to play with, there were certain traits that were paramount to my decision. They had to offer camaraderie, kinship, continued support over multiple game platforms, reliability, accountability, integrity, be highly active, and fun to play with. I decided to give BWC a try and I was not disappointed! They offer all of this as well as a friendly learning and playing environment with many classes and subject matter experts to help you build your skills to excel to the top of the lists. There is always something going on in BWC… both in the game and out. Join us and be a part of it!

What I was looking for in a team:

What a team needs in an online game is first and foremost the desire to have fun. Many organized groups end up becoming more like second jobs rather than game players. you have to be on at certain times, you have to play a certain role, you don't get much choice and everything is laid out for you. BWC is different in that you get to pick your role and decide when you want to play. naturally there is organization and you need to follow the rules (mainly don't be an ******* and ruin other people's fun) but everyone knows they are here to have a good time. Aside from that, as active duty army right now I feel right at home with how BWC is organized and I can relate to a lot of the other members.
