Hey folks,

Let me begin by saying that I can't speak well enough on the quality of folks in this outfit. They literally from day one try to do their best to help you out in whatever you choose as your primary game of choice. For me personally I joined back in January of this year and within the first month was welcomed with open arms while learning many new techniques and strategies that so few will ever master on their own. Yes it is true that you will have a few initial expectations and requirements asked of you to be promoted to full member status. But the folks here work with you to make sure you get those requirements done as soon as possible. Once you are a permanent part of the team and if you have a positive attitude and good intentions you can go far in this outfit.

Simply put the BWC is here to help you be better at your game of choice and most will go out of their way to make sure you have the best techniques and knowledge to keep you on the cutting edge. You can choose to play solo, but why? I guess that style of play will suffice for a spell for some folks, but why choose the aggravation of launching into a game alone when you can drop with a gaming community that has proven themselves time and time again. For me I chose the BWC not because of the well known aspect of it being a hard core gaming community at its core or what some may consider it to be “Elite” in their demeanor, Instead I chose it for the simple reasons that most of the members are disciplined, adventures, and often passionate in their pursuit of teaching you new fundamentals of your game of choice.

What’s even more interesting is that most of the unit has ties with the active or reserve components of the U.S. Military and know how to get the job done. However, do not let the military style roots fool you though as there are plenty of people in the BWC that have never been a part of the service and just want to play with like minded folks who have the knowledge and passion for gaming at its finest and can see similar qualities in people and know that there is strength in numbers. So step up, join up, bring that passion with you, and enjoy the ride in one of the internet’s finest gaming communities.

Bottom line! Never launch into a game without friends... and in this company you will never have to worry about that problem.

The structured environment and plethora of training and development opportunities offered in the games supported by BWC provide ongoing opportunities for my play to be enhanced but the main reason I stay is the people - caring, committed and generous.

The environment provided by its members, the fun you have playing and and the actual people that make BWC a successful outfit for more than 10 years is what keep people in BWC and new recruits wanting to join us.

Is membership mostly NA or do you have a good number of Euros as well? Just wondering because of timezones. Sounds like a pretty cool thing though.

Why I have stayed with BWC.

For so many reasons - great teammates, strong leadership, an actual training program based around the games, merit based promotions, active player base, massive forums, a real life commitment that includes ties to developers and charities, video promos, a history of over 10years, veteran players and, not by any means least, friendship. Enough said ? Should be :)

I'm a finn, so obviously an Eu player. Our European/GMT membership is growing, but smaller than the US. We've got a good core group that can do scheduled operations in house for the upcoming 12 vs 12 matches. Trainings etc. are available for the EU guys very similarly to the US guys.

There's usually people playing during most hours of the day/night. So everything the company can offer benefits the EU guys also. Sometimes I've had to stay awake for quite late to partake in some very cool stuff during my six months in the company. So in conclusion I'd give it a shot even if you're European, South african or Israeli (we have brits, romanians, finns, swedes, south africans, americans in europe, people who work night shifts etc.)

Why I have stayed with BWC.

The more time I spend with BWC, the more engrained I become. The closer we become, the more effective we become as a team. It’s perpetual. That’s what draws us deeper into what it means to be a part of BWC.

I know that BWC will be there a week, a month, a year from now. I’ll be taking-out Vanduul raiders in Star Citizen a year from now, with the same friends I’m playing alongside right now. Our skills and training get better and better everyday. Our in-game communications, target spotting, tactics get better with every mission we complete. Win or lose… but usually win :)

With BWC I feel like I’m building on something, brick by brick. BWC provides you with a ladder to climb. Climbing that ladder is not a requirement, but it is an incentive to better yourself and your gaming experience. Console games these days try to trick us with fake incentives like Trophies and “achievements.” When in reality your getting nothing at all. That trophy is a selfish achievement you show to other people and say, haha look what I’ve got.

At BWC, that medal or ribbon on your jacket says “I fought alongside 20 other fellow BWC members, and we kicked butt!” It’s not about individual capabilities, at BWC we are about teamwork. Sure, you’ll always have your top scorers, and MVPs. But those folks couldn’t have done it without the rest of BWC backing them up.

Ever since Wing Commander and X-wing, I dreamt of playing a game space shooter/simulation with a group of friends. I imagined 4-5 fighters flying escort alongside a powerful capital ship. Maybe 2-3 other support craft in tow. As a part of BWC, not only will this dream come to fruition, it will be a daily part of my Star Citizen experience. Heck, we already have a huge armada waiting to launch when Star Citizen is finally released. Not only will BWC be present in SC, we will be THE force to be reckoned with!

Why I have stayed with BWC.
Why wouldn’t I stay with BWC? I play with great players that have since become friends.

In addition, BWC provides an endless amount of Operations, Training Sessions, Role Certifications and company events organized by a dedicated (voluntary) support staff. They create in-house community warfare scenarios, operations based on Mechwarrior Lore as described in the books. It provides a whole additional level of gameplay! Last, but not least, BWC has a strong leadership that keeps everyone on the same page and drama at bay!

Plus you get ribbons! And badges! And medals! MEDALS!! Who doesn’t like medals?!?! =)

Why I have stayed with BWC.
BWC provides an excellent community for not just gaming but for just chilling and hanging out. One problem I've had in many other guilds/groups that I've joined over the years is that at some point they either fall apart due to political arguing or just fade away after whatever game they're playing gets less exciting. BWC has endured for years so I feel confident that it will be around for a long time.

I’ve been with BWC for almost 4 months now… I’m kicking myself for not having joined sooner! These guys are great! My game has improved tremendously and I feel I have made friends that’ll last me the rest of my life. I’ve stuck with them and will continue to do so. I just couldn’t even think of doing it any other way. BWC. One Team, One Fight… Join us and see what you’ve been missing!

Why I have stayed with BWC:
Quite simply, I look forward to gaming with them and put in more time than I would otherwise. Friendly, fun and competitive. They have groups across multiple games, so there is ALWAYS something to do. Even just going through their forums is informative and enjoyable. The group has been around for a decade, and should keep going for quite some time.

BWC caters to everyone as best as possible. The opportunity to grow, contribute meaningfully, lead and ultimately mentor other leaders are one of the main reasons I've stuck around. This is a place that grows on you, and you ultimately start seeing the unit as your family. Join us, be part of this family.

First impressions within the first month of starting with BWC.

Organized, a ton of moving parts, and a unique attention to detail around the meta-game. Ways to make membership in BWC about far more than the actual game you were playing were everywhere I looked. That was pretty amazing and after watching it in action for over 30 days I knew it was no fluke and that right then and there, I'd found a home.

Find yours, too.

I have been with BWC now for a little over a month now and I have to say they are really awesome to play with. They are organized and they are always running Ops to help us fine tune our skills for combat. If you are tired of the same old thing all the time and feel like you want more out of your game time come give Bravo Whiskey Charlie a try you will not regret it.

I will tell you this we have a lot of fun and laughs while we play but still take it serious enough to get the job done. The Ops that are run are well thought out and will give you a good amount of practice plus give you a chance to get to know the people that play MWO. So hurry on over and come check us out.

I've stayed with the BWC for almost a year now for a variety of reasons.

The main reason that I'm still a part of this great community is just that - it's an amazing community.

Games can come and go, but the BWC will always remain the same. A community that is dedicated to its members and that will go above and beyond for those members.

There's always something going on with the BWC, inside of games or outside of games. Once you start participating, you'll wonder why you didn't find this group 10 years ago.

I love it.

I am staying with BWC for about 8 months now. I do not plan to leave. Within BWC there is plenty more to do than
"just gaming". If you like, you could do trainings and become eventually a leader, for example. There are lots of inhouse
events, training and Operation which let you to experience the game in a completely new way. This is also a great opportunity to get yourself introduced to new people and make news friends. That's the most important part for me. My BWC friends.

The camaraderie I have spoken of in my past posts is the main thing. I love the military-structure and the training, field training exercises, and operations makes me feel right at home. I love trying to do more for the unit and having a role in my primary game. Leadership is a big deal to me and the BWC is where that can flourish.

Why I have stayed with BWC:

I have been a member of BWC for about 10 months now. BWC has become more than just another gaming community to me, it has become family. The friends I have made in BWC, the comrades I have fought alongside with, are irreplaceable now. The laughs, the friendly jokes, the times of joy, the times of sadness when of us suffers tragedy, they are all a part of me now, in my memories. Yes, I will stay with BWC from now on, not only to just play games, but also because this is my home away from home. Thank you BWC, and I hope to continue serving alongside the family. Salute!
