TIBS commander here BWC is a great unit and very well organized I have respect for them. TIBS is also ran by Army and USMC Vets. Looking forward to meet more BWC members on the battlefield.

Appreciate the comments, mate!

We have a lot of great folks around here and we help our own, as I'm sure you do as well.

Recently ran a couple successful fundraisers; one to help a member who had fallen into a coma due to Pneumonia and another to get a brand new computer.

Good luck to you all and see you on the Battlefield!

BWC has not fared well in FW3 - there was so much hope and optimism in the past. Wishing my old colleagues good luck !

We're doing okay, Mark.

You were a Drill Instructor in BWC, right?

Certainly you should know that we are not a dedicated MWO gaming group and that everyone, whether he owes 2 or 200 mechs has the right and is encouraged to join into our Operations be they FW or not... which we run maybe 1 time per week.

And while we strive for Excellence in Gaming, we aren't looking for those l33T players who are going to help us conquer vast swaths of the Inner Sphere.

We are looking for folks who want a little bit more in their gaming. Folks who enjoy playing not only in an organized fashion, but are self-disciplined and responsible folks who want to be with other like minded people.

That's why we have a lot of military and veterans in BWC.

So thanks for putting in a good word for us.

One Team, One Fight!

Great weekend in drops! The cheese drops were a lot of fun. Killing a Kodiak with only a small laser equiped was great (though it was already damaged, so can't take full credit...).

Thanks DW for running those.

My favorite BWC moment is when they were mentioned in a NGNG twitch stream and the devs all laughed.

However, BWC will take you from doing your 400 damage with 4 mechs to around 1k to 2k depending on what they have to work with. It is almost guaranteed after completing BWC's training program. A good group of guys, enjoyable to be around and their Support Staff is top notch. If you are looking for a group to help develop your mech skills or interested in learning how to stream, do graphics, work on web sites there will be someone there to help you.

The battlefield is a lonely place to be by yourself. Always better to have a unit there to back you up.

Why I started looking for a team to play with:

If you're looking at this thread, you know that MWO is best played with a team. While the solo queue can be good for grinding your mechs, goofing off, and playing just to blow off steam, there is nothing in this game more thrilling than a victory achieved with your teammates. Directing or participating in a group action that directly results in your side's victory is one of the biggest things that has kept me playing this game on a near-daily basis for almost three years now.

With BWC, you will have both casual and competitive-focused teams available to play with during both North American and European prime gaming hours.

Why I started looking for a team to play with:

MWO was the first team-oriented online game I ever played. When I started playing 3 years ago I found it to have a VERY difficult learning curve and playing without a team to back you up makes it more so. I would be green with envy when an obviously tight-knit, cohesive team absolutely obliterated me and my squad of pugs! While me and the pugs were always out of position, spraying and praying or trying to jump-sniping and dying quickly, teams were using maneuver warfare and coordinated fires to deadly effect....

I began the search for a group that could take my very raw skills, refine my tactical talent into something usable in MWO and teach me to fight MWO as part of a team.

Why I started looking for a team to play with:

Because, when I joined, getting farmed by groups was a pain in the butt.

Haven't regretted it though. BWC is more than just MWO. We play lots of different games and it's really nice to have folks to play them together with. And folks just go out of their way to help you learn.

Guess it's the "One Team, One Fight" motto we have... put into action.

I originally began looking for a group within MWO because I've always found great enjoyment in playing as part of a team. While i'm not the most individually skilled I've always found I could fit in and support a team effort to bring about a win - utilizing tactics and teamwork to overcome the enemy.

Having a group of skilled folks with a team-first mentality along with the desire to improve is very refreshing and mirrors what I look for in a teamwork-oriented game and what i've found BWC provides, no matter your skill level or how often you play.

Why I started looking for a team to play with

I remember when I first heard about this version of Mechwarrior coming out. I'd been looking for something to play that was similar to when I played MW3/4 on The Zone. This surpassed what I was looking for but my computer at the time couldn't handle it, so I lost out on the beta days. I joined almost two years later and was amazed at the steep learning curve. I was getting my tail handed to me on a regular basis. When I played MW3/4 I was part of two fun units. I missed that camaraderie and that sense of accomplishment after a hard fought win. I've always been a quiet, loner type, but being part of a team truly does enhance this game, so I started looking for a team to join again.
BWC was that team. I still play alone, but when I get the chance to join one of their operations I do it. It's a relaxed atmosphere, yet there's also there competitive side too. It's fun and fierce, friendly and aggressive. I found a team that provides me with that feeling I'd been missing since joining MWO Online, and a whole lot more. The wins and the losses are best shared with a team of people that are there for the same reason you are.. To kick a** and chew bubblegum, and we're all outa bubblegum Posted Image Best choice I've ever made in gaming.

A few years back I got tired of the Pug Life and wanted to join an organized group. After about an hour on the forums I came across this very thread. Here I am years later and BWC continues to impress me with their growth both in number of Pilots and in Skill level. We have several company's dedicated to making sure pilots can play with others of a similar skill level can group together. And with players from all over the world you can find group going 24/7!
