I do not know, where you got that idea from...but I would say "that is a negative." We recruit based on skill and if a pilot does fit our unit and playstyle.

We recruit based on your answers in the application, stats help to weed out some other aspects, accuracy from your weapons tab is highly important, and generally speaking (although not always the case) Win/Loss is fairly indicative of your playing experience, it's actually weeded out a few people who claim to have only pugged, yet when doing some digging have played for a few units that they obviously didn't want us to talk to

Most of the decision about your application however comes from the time you spend playing with us, some of our guy's have been known to suicide at the beginingof a game to observe through a trial candidates view.

By the way, most units require a pic of your stats page since it made it into the website, its not something new, or exclusive.

This unit contains some of the best snipers in the community; if that's your playstyle and you want to get even better at it, you should seriously consider joining them.

At this time we're on a break from MWO, waiting for a few more patches to hopefully improve some aspects.

If the game gets good again and starts listening to it's players, we will certainly come back.

Right now the game isn't good for competitive play, so we have no desire to play competitively.

Used to love playing you guys in NBT (went by Jenas then) so its a bit of a downer to see you guys pulling out of MW:O. It is indicative of the current state of the game though seeing quite so many .. hardcore .. Mechjocks bailing.

Position is still the same, One thing we learnt and one thing i think many hardcore units learnt was that what PGI say's means nothing.
What they post about their plans mean nothing.

When they've actually implemented features and removed artificial restrictions like Ghost Heat, we'll look again.
But right now with BF4, and buying Star Citizen packages no-body is really interested most of us aren't even keeping up with all the new items posted on these forums.
