Hey All,

I played pretty heavy in the Kali leagues for MW2:Mercs back in the day. Unfortunatly I don't remember squat about the units I was in or the people I was freinds with, but being 14-15 at the time I think it is understandable LOL.

I went by the username Frosh and/or Firebug back then and used to run around in a max speed raven to take maximum advantage of the lag shooting from 28.8 modems that were top of the line during they day!

If my old user names rings a bell help jog my memory, I had a great time in those leauges and am hoping to have a similar experience in this game. I am sure that some of it will start coming back to me as I read through this thread.

Wow. How awesome to see all of the old timers here. Started in MW2 as Princess Die in CWW. Ended up as Die Kerensky, Comstar, NBT Admin. What a blast from the past.

I see alot of old names in this post, I played Kali a bit but mostly on Mplayer in Shadow Clan. I went by the same name, I was hopeing to see some of the old names start showing up, just took me a bit to find this post.

14.4k on Kali was awesome, wire frame to cut the lag, shooting four inches in front of the opposing mech to compensate for lag, good times. I went by Redline then, I can't seem to get that screen name anymore, either already taken or blocked /shrug. I played in the Wolfs Dragoons. If any of you are around, it would be cool to catch up.

Wow I don't recall there being another Dogmeat in Kali days. Must have been after I retired. Funny that u were in a JF clan too. Anyways yeah I'm Dogmeat from when all we had was the windows 95 version of netmech. I was in The registry, GC, MML, and a bit of ADL at the start.

I know Kristov is here. Hoping to see Angeladeth, Zoran, Centurion, Olaf, Dragonsbane, Wanderer and many more on this game.

Speak of the... my roomate just found my July 96 printout of my email from Kali with serial/skey/tkey. It had fallen out of my "Gaming" folder when he grabbed some instructions.

Great to see some of the familiar Clan Black Sheep names from when I first joined the MW2 Registry then.

It was being run by [NC]SubZero at the time I played.

Was difficult being a young professional in the UK having to join the US servers all the time back in those days. Would burn the candle at both ends staying up to ridiculous hours whilst holding down a job and realtionship.

Old MPlayer (and possibly Kali, I honestly can't remember!) guy here. I played with Clan Wolf (and possibly Clan Wolf in Exile?) as well as Silent Dragons. I think I played under this call sign (or a variation of it.) Anyone else out there remember me?
