I take offense to that. I'm usually the only one with a Founder's badge on whatever team I get shuffled onto, and not every team has been a losing one. Hell, I've seen plenty of teammates open up a can of curbstomp on the enemy with simple Trial 'Mechs; not every teammate, granted, but that's just how team shuffling works. I guarantee having a Founder's account makes no difference whatsoever in how much experience and skill people have in this game.

...And then we get to this, when I have a team chock-full of Founder's 'Mechs, and it's my team that gets curbstomped, somehow. I've stuck with a whole gaggle of Founder's Atlai - including my own - several times, and nearly every time we all got our sh** kicked in one after the other, and the rest of the team quickly followed; very few of the enemies were running Founder's 'Mechs themselves. Are you quite sure that whoever was piloting the Owned or Founder's 'Mechs in your simulations didn't just, intelligently, add more armor to where the 'Mech needed it? This is common sense for any experienced 'Mech pilot.
Moreover, half the 'Mechs I actively use usually aren't Founder's 'Mechs, and I can still rack up at least three or four kills on my own. I know half of these kills were on Founder's 'Mechs too.

there is the fact that we have MC, premium and bonus from our founder mechs, but it just make us buy cool things faster, but we buy the same things you guys can buy
and the founder mechs are the same as the standard variants... the differences is that we can change the stupid stock equipment that the trial have, but you can do the same with the standard variant that you can buy

I'd say 90% of the games I've played aren't even close. The losing side gets around 0-3 kills before getting wiped.
And the winning team? Always always ALWAYS the one with more founders badges
League of Legends has a good matchmaking routine for this. Every player has a ranking used to find similar skilled opponents, and premade teams have their ranking inflated to compensate for the fact that they have more communication.
.
um i find this slightly offensive i mean these are my stats
258/118
win loss
.41
kdr
ps i am legendary founder i win a lot and that's because i learn not because i am in superior units and technically if using teamspeak and not in a merc corp your a pug only with coms so.... your argument is invalid
but you may not agree
also,
THIS IS NOT LEAGUE OF LEGENDS!!!!

Not without the game applying a similar filtering process.
Actively installing a separate program to actively seek out other people intent on playing as a team serves as a QC check that pretty much perfectly eliminates the derpy Rambos, suicide farmers, and AFKers that sabotage many true PUGs to the point that skill, experience, and communication don't even matter anymore. It's why I started doing it more, to escape those people, and it was effective. That's why records-based matchmaking is needed, so the saboteur squad sorts to the bottom with their uniformly fail performance and just spends all their time derping each other to death while the people who actually try have a much better chance of getting into a game where everyone else is too.
(I'm not talking about skill or lack thereof - I'm talking about intensely counterproductive behaviors. Even if you incompetently stay with your team and incompetently shoot at the focus target, you're at least not actively running off and giving the other side a free kill. At worst, you're drawing the enemy's fire for them.)

Correction, "Your responses and concern over community issues [were] second to none".
I'm glad you're enjoying Piranha's work so far. For me they seem to want to do their own thing instead of listening to the community. They seem to hold the belief that they know best regardless of how community polls turn out or how the majority wants something a certain way. That's not listening to the community to me. That's just doing your own thing. In turn I showed my disappointment by getting a refund.

True and not true. Sure they have to listen to the community in some points, but they also have to ignore the community if it goes for balancing etc.
There i would prefer them looking into their statistics instead of listening to the community whine too much! But its always narrow path between listening to the community and still do your own work to have the best results!
For Piranha its their first project that is this big if i'm not wrong. Sure they still have to learn a bit, but i'm sure this will become a great game!

The problem is that there are hundreds of way to balance damage, armor, heat, etc. Yet Piranha continually chooses the path that neuters canon and goes against the grain of the community. There are almost always alternative ways to balance gameplay, so it's a complete cop-out to say that Piranha's decisions are the only path to achieve that.

It's not there yet. We're effectively on 'free' time until it is, as the timers will be reset when it's implemented.
