Oh man, yes! I was raging at my AI non-stop. Oh, everything was fine and dandy when I only had one lance, but lance two absolutely REFUSED to follow my orders unless I specifically instructed each and every individual pilot from both lances what to do. And even then, half the time they'd just stand there, in an assault mech, and LET a hellspawn take them apart, despite full Pilot and Gunnery skills.

Seriously, guys? Seriously? The only two AIs that I actually TRUSTED to get anything done were Blaze and Mustang. :)

The Jade Falcon bondswoman was on the ball too. But the rest tended to stand around and get themselves scorched.

Another thing I've noticed:

Class 7 AI is fairly dumb.
Class 8 AI puts up a decent, albeit weak, fight.
Class 9 AI will hit your center torso, from 1200 meters out, with no radar, at night, in very thick fog, around a freakin' corner, while getting smacked around by another mech's AC10/20, RAC, or X-Pulse. Every, single, time, without fail.


What's up with that?

Further thing noticed:
Firemoth with 6 ErMeds and 139 km/h run speed, ECM, and the advanced Gyro is absolutely lol-worthy. Runs hot as heck, but man is it vicious! Anyways, at 20 tons, armor is redundant anyways! XD

But I really would like to know what you're doing if you're having money problems in this game. It just doesn't compute.


I'm not so much short on money, unless you count all the repairs I'm running on salvaged chassis. I just really hate actually spending my C-Bills. I also don't like spending a couple of weeks worth of C-Bills so I can have my usual mechs on demand.

I think I'm just going to fire Rufus.



Another note, I'm not a fan of the Long Tom in multiplayer. Still having a ton of fun getting reinvested in this game!
