*****Using all his warrior self control not to leap and crush the stravag’s skull*****

You’re using a specific episode that happened with one body of the merchant caste on Londerholm and with Khan Ian Moon’s evidently wrong handlings which were regrettable indeed.

Still the fact that we chose the way of handling our internal situation the way we did, made us the effective force we were.
Of course you point out to such issues of our past which were OUR own issues and refraining your cerebral capacity from pointing out the much more serious and grave deeds of others that endangered not a lower caste but the whole of the Clans. How convenient. And lame.

As for lower castes’ role in the military, there was none. All that use of freeborns in their Toumans led the Nova Cats and the Bears to become more or less one with the very enemy they were supposed to fight.

How about us Wolves, the Clan that the Founder who happened to be the son of the Great Father chose to mingle his bloodline with. Clearly he saw something in us that set us apart from the other Clans.

And set apart you did. Oh, yes you did indeed. Your gutless endeavors set you apart alright!

Quote

Oh apart from all the murder & enslavement your clan did "NOT" commit, pay special attention to the fact that the "most conservative" of the Clans OPENLY defied the Founder's laws & held TWO ToPs for their warriors. Way to stick to the principles there buddy. I am sure that is just what "NK" envisioned.

Oh I see. That’ll be a SO serious offend. Two ToPs. Is that the kind of evidence you teethless creature can best produce?
Don’t make me scan-paste evidence of your “great” Khan Vlad manhood’s prestation which hardly could differentiate between Lyran or Jade Falcon space. I bet that would be an illustrious thing to put in your Clan’s Remembrance. Maybe built a statue to commemorate it for your future sibkos too. :)

Quote

Guy with each new post you make you sound more foolish & you dishonor yourself & those you associate with. Just do us all a favor & deactivate your account. Seriously.

Seriously? Tell you what. When you do that, I’ll do it.

How many more idiotic, inaccurate, insulting, inflaming things do you want to post?

I was about to ask you the same thing. :)

Exactly. YOUR past. The evidence presented clearly contradicts what you said. Your statements are inaccurate. When you present your case as if it were fact when clearly it is NOT, I consider that lame.

Yes thank you for agreeing with me that it was YOUR issues. :) Think before you type.

:) OK person who just escaped from a mental institution, the train of thought you rode to type that nonsense has clearly gone off the tracks. The Nova Cats switched sides because they followed visions. The Ghost Bears never switched sides only their stance from Crusader to Warden. Do you proof read your post before you click the "Post" button? What idiocy.

Guy whatever bubble you live in must be indestructible.

Jaguars = NOT chosen by the Founder to carry on his legacy+repeatedly proved themselves to be dumb brutes (notes from the Founder's diary confirm if I am not mistaken, I could be wrong)+ numerous times displaying a clear lack of strategy using a machete when a scalpel was needed+LOST on Tukayyid+the reason the IS learned of the Exodus Road+got their ***** "annihilated".

Wolves = CHOSEN by the Founder to carry on his legacy+created the Elemental battle armor+repeatedly proved to be cunning warriors+won the admiration of the Founder & his brother (notes from the Founder's diary confirm this if I am not mistaken, I could be wrong)+numerous times displaying that a warrior is not only courageous but crafty+ WON on Tukayyid+survived Absorption+ NOT annhilated.

Yes set apart alright indeed! Do some reading before you make silly posts.

As of right now, yes. Once again your claim that the Jaguars were the purest & best followed the principles of the Founder are inaccurate. Once again what you say is not true. The Falcons (the same ones who swore THEY were the best example of the principles & firmly believed THEY would be chosen to carry on the Founder's legacy) who are considered extremely conservative never dared do that in the open as the Jaguars did.

Your problem with Vlad is? Vlad was in direct opposition to Ulric's views but his loyalty to Clan Wolf NEVER wavered. He SINGLE HANDEDLY rebuilt a Clan, slew a Khan & an ilKhan (one augmented in a BattleMech, the other unaugmented with his bare hands) then led his Clan during the process of reestablishing itself. NOBODY in the Jaguars has a piece of a page of Vlad's résumé. So no, keep quiet.

You seem to want to place Vlad in the same boat as Trent. Remember him, you dezgra surat?

Seriously? Tell you what. When you do that, I’ll do it.

I never have so there is no need. Your FIRST post on these forums was an insult. You constantly attack people for no reason & as clearly seen, your word as far the BT universe goes is a joke.

Take out those cybernetic eye-implants you have and try to see the mediocrity of your writings for a change.

Or if you can't do that wolfie, go mark yet another tree and move on.

Wait 'till you become a warrior and then come challenge me sibbie. :D

So, I added the six invading Clans. I left out the Diamond Sharks since they don't really do anything till Tukayyid.

Which Clan would you pick?

I'll obviously go for Clan Wolf, Kerensky's chosen. The archive in MW2 and the Blood of Kerensky trilogy cemented my preference for this Clan.

As a bonus we always got to have cool leaders, I really love Vlad Ward's portrayel during the Wars of Reaving recently.

Any other takers?

I'm pretty sure they were called "Hound Dog" and not "Wolf" at least that's what I remember.

Your arrogance is what costed you, you like the other crusaders prepared for a short but glorius war, not taking to mind the logistics of such an action, and then you also lost your trial on tukayid. You ignored the ilKhan's advice then payed for it. Do not try to make what you've done irrelevant, your actions reaped the consequences. I respect your ferocity in combat, but I restate that I do not respect your treatment of freeborns, and your arrogance towards a common and capable enemy. You indirectly caused our loss, as you were trying to reel us in and call us to heel, to wait. Your plan cost you and your ilKhan greatly do not make the same mistakes again.

Jade Falcon. All the way. Yet we need to stop this quibbling, and focus on crushing these Inner Sphere Surats. (Disregarding the Dark Age. I like to pretend that never happened.)

Clan wolf
A little off topic, are they going to set up the tech the same as mechwarrior 4?
Meaning faster reload times for IS LRMS but heavier weight
Shorter range lasers for IS, but less heat, and a bit more weight.
Heavier ballistics for IS, and lighter weight Clan ballistics.
Stuff of that nature, me personally I liked that set up, made IS a little op if you know how put together the right set up.

IF i had to, i'd be Wolf and Warden. Then i'd rise to the top and change them from within and remove that big stick from where the sun doesnt shine and get them to relax a tad

Had we won at Tukayyid, there would have been no "Dark Age". And JF here too, who doesn't love Star Commander Joanna...

You know. I will admit Jaroth does post hard evidence to back his thoughts up or outright confirm what he has said. You do very poor by just claiming you can search for the relevent information but you do not back up your explanation. Jaroth is very straight forward, he is not trolling you. He wants you to present substantial evidence of someones claim. He has done this since the forums started, he is a diehard, and someone saying, 'just because' is not good enough. I am not sure what started all of this. Just tossing out my observations of Jaroth's postings

and with only 46 posts (as of this thread) you do not inspire confidence in us in what you say - even if you do have CCC tags.

You will find that if you do not respect opinion appropriately, you will find yourself a pariah.

Just sayin'

That may be so and I don't mind your opinions on this matter. I do mind however his behaviour and have chosen to ignore him because my experience with 'persistent' and unfriendly people has a lot in common with troll encounters and I don't waste my time with such 'rabble'. As I have already stated my sources, there is not much else to say and I really don't feel the need to translate relevant chapters from my books into english. Not even the pages would match and as I said, this is no small task. I may stumble across english pdf files eventually, but no guarantee for that. If you feel that his post count gives more weight to his words and offers enough of an excuse for his manners, go on I don't mind. I don't think he has the right to demand or demean and his 'ideas' don't thrill me too much either. Again, feel free to disagree. I'm just glad to finally know where you stand in all this.

Completely missed the point whether it was intentional or not we may never know. Love how he labels the guy who can actually back up his statements with proof as "rabble". :P I have returned the favor. :P Oh ignore feature, how I love thee so.

Clan Ghost Bear they've always been my favorite of the clans, they had big plans for the invasion and pulled them off of all the invading clans honestly they've got the most to show for it. A good and strong totem animal honorable willing to take in outsiders to strengthen them selves and adapt while staying true to them selves.
