I like the Warden Wolves as well, but that seems to be exactly what everyone else says, so for actually choosing a clan in-game I might go with SJ or GB.

And if clans don't come into the game, I'll be joining those guys over in the Sea Wolves merc unit.

Ghost Bear. Because Snow Raven isn't an option in the invasion era, and because the Bears don't mess it up down the line. Smoked Jaguars - get Annihilated. Nova Cats - swap sides & lose almost everything. Wolves - messy divorce. Steel Vipers - lose their invasion corridor to the Falcons. Diamond Sharks - not exactly in the invasion, are they? Jade Falcons - nothing seems to go right until the Pryde bloodline take over.

It'd be a coin toss between the Warden side of the Wolves, or Ghost Bear... I learned to love the clan lore of all the clans, but you Crusaders got Kerensky's message all back asswards... The clans were meant to return to the Inner Sphere to rebuild, guide, and enlighten them... not conquer. It's just a shame the Clans invaded the FRR vs CC Had the Wardens got their way vs the upstart impatience known to Crusaders, the Clans would have been welcomed by Comstar and some of the Great Houses in open arms like an Atlas ready to bear-hug a Stinger 'Mech *crunch... oops, did I do that?* LOL!

I love how Clanners are all so passionate about their clan and everyone has a myriad of different reasons for supporting who they support; their philosophy, military prowess, even handed nature with IS planets etc.

I especially love how Clan Smoke Jaguar and Clan Ghost Bear seem to have some of the most passionate supporters even though they're basically on completely opposite scales of the philosophical spectrum, it's great seeing community dynamics like this.

And yes yes Wolves and Jade Falcons we know you're passionate too, but you just don't seem to have the same bite as the Jags and Bears

Ghost Bears. I like the Clan's philosophies, their 'Mech design philosophy (firepower and speed at the cost of armor), the preference for heavier 'Mech designs, and the greater emphasis on combined arms of infantry and 'Mechs ('every Marine a rifleman')... just a lot I like about them. And then they go and join my favorite IS faction in the bonds of holy matrimony.
