Inner Sphere would be either the Black Knight Clanbuster or the Highlander 732.

Basically a primitive Gauss Cat, used by Comstar when push came to shove. Convergent evolution.

1- Clanner going for Glory: Daishi A
2- Clanner being Tactical: Naga
3- Inner Sphere/Comstar: "Clanbuster" King Crab/ Heavy Gauss Cat
Honestly had the Clans brought more Nagas or Artillery in general maybe they would have actually won.

Hate to say it, but that Black Knight in that link is not my idea of a Black Knight. Looks more like the Tin Man. The MW4 BK is an elegant mech.

Guardian ECM Suite
Null Signature System
Chameleon Light Polarization Shield
And it also has good mobility at 119 kph and 210 meters of jumping distance.
So I can disengage from battle, run and jump away to hide somewhere, leaving the clanners for ComStar to fight.

I rarely survive an entire fight, so 8 tons of armor isn't a problem.
