Its so easy to hit them with long range weapons that they aren't even a threat to most combat mechs. The lack of armor makes them two shottable by almost any competitive alpha strike build, K2 many ppcs laser boating gauss combos. However they are a real problem for straight LRM boats, however I still have yet to actually see one get a kill so far. Haven't tried running one because of the lack of armor that seems to plague them. There is i niche for them though so I think they are alright but from what I have saw from going against them they are pretty lackluster.
