I pay 90k repair costs for a Jenner with a 300XL engine. No DHS, no FF, no Endo. If Endo, DHS & Ferro are increasing the costs of your Cicada, why the hell must I pay more then you with a lighter mech without much of your new tech?

I am ok with assault mechs being expensive to repair and hard to keep running. I love driving an atlas but I dont want them to become common.

XL engine is new tech too - so it is expensive to repair.

Yeah, but why do I pay more then mechs with same (or better) XL engine, better armour (Endo + Ferro) and "better" heatsinks (DHS)? And that mechs weight also more, may it be 5t for the Cicada or 15t for Low Wang. It doesn´t make sense.

right now my ammo-bill is higher than anything else.when a match turns out good for me i have earned 50-80k c-bills.
if i die and everything went wrong i have a minus of 150k c-bills.
repair costs are not the problem...we need more chances to earn more money out of a match, like i said a bigger bonus for kills and assists for example.

If you win, you're still likely to get a positive cashflow; if you win with minimal damage - more. A few kills and some damage - more still.
The way things are balanced now; losing and dying is painful. when Community Warfare comes about; losing will not be an option.

The Atlas is a different story, its almost as double expensive (around 180k) as the others and i barely make money with all my boni on a win and a slight loss when losing.
But i am ok with that, the Atlas is meant to be economical inefficient.

Wow. I'm gonna have to start rolling with a team now of if I even want a chance now, huh?
A game needs to be balanced, but not to the point where if you lose consistently you can't play. Sounds like a steep learning curve to me. Or jut a straight up cliff.

Not quite because even in the few times I win without taking any damage in my Cat C4 with FF+ES I still pay 60-80k for ammo. I'm fine with the repairs if they up how much you can earn. I'm not saying a huge increase but as is right now even with no upgrades it sounds like you can make more in a trial mech.
