I'm looking forward to the influx of easy targets who don't know how to play, that's for sure. Does that count?

None will receive mercy or quarter.

Your honor is legendary sir ;-)

Not me... We are still one more patch away from the game being balanced. This latest patch still didn't get it right.

I'm stoked for DHS to work and for collisions to be back in. I wish they would revert their change to the netcode too, before I could nail mechs all day long. While moving, at distance didn't matter, now I miss 50% of the time super annoying.Mainly against lights, which I never had problems before. I knew to lead them, now the shots just veer off when I lead.(with GR)

Cannon Fodders going to be discounted.

No but seriously I hope the new players will realize some of us have been playing this for months so when they get r@ped they won't be discouraged to keep playing.

Any half decent gamer should have control of the game nailed in an hour tops, as for mech load outs its not as if its hard to understand, and the absence of half the planned systems makes it easier still. There are no secrets or skills in MWO that take months to learn.

This game should not be released into open beta until they get the problems resolved such as Ultra Ac/5 jamming on the first shot and making a fix jam button, ravens that can beat a Dragon and Awsome in about 5 seconds 1v1, lag, dropped FPS, lag when firing anything in general, not being able to pick the mechs on your mech ready list, and like most PC games you should be able to pick the server you would like to join that way you don't end up against 8 founders with nothing but noobs on your team. the auto balance feature is severely lacking and many people are not happy in game. ive been on the crappy team all day, last match i played b4 posting this was 4V8 off the countdown..... quite sad really, ive been playing MW since it came out and it would seem to me that they are rushing the release. i was only making about 15k Credits on matches my team won where i didn't die.. trial Mechs seem to be the only way to make any cash in game but if you cant make money with one you buy then whats the point of playing, its only good to the people that have put $100 into the game already.. if i didn't know any better id say the company saw how much it made off the founders program and is just hurrying up for the sake of money, not the games reputation or the players and loyal supporters. if the game was in a position where it could be played without a glitch every match then i might buy the founders package but i think not, at least until i see some major improvements. GET SOME HELP FROM EA!!!! there are many more problems than what ive listed tho, thats just what ive noticed since last '''"Patch"'''

I agree here - If they rush this game it will only be set up to fail if they don't address the bugs and imbalance the game still has. Don't get me wrong i love the game and what they have accomplished so far. But I want to see a Mech Warrior game done right even if its F2P... I want a polished game that's worth my time playing ect..

Cheers
Wolf.

So I guess it's time to make bets on how many people are needed to crash the servers on the first day. We all know that at the peak of the "stress test" we had about 3000 people.

I bet it will take 10,000 people to crash the servers.

I don't think so, but I respect your opinion. Tactics, and adapting to keyboard/mouse may take a little while, and as long as there a few expierenced players in a match it will be enough to delay there learning/mastery.

From my understanding, you lose everything unless you actually paid $$$ for it. all bought mechs, all credit, xp, weapons. Even the founders have to start over again although they keep the MC and founders mechs and premium time and such. but for all of us playing, we can take advantage of the nubblies... till they start kikin my *** too :(

Really?!?! Get help from the biggest company that is killing the gaming industry? EA have brought out some be great studios as a means to get the IP's that studio owns then they sit on them not releasing anything from the IP, or if they do they kill the style, feel and flavour of what made the game great in the first place. I would have agreed with you once - EA used to care about the games they released now they only care about the money. I've worked in the gaming industry and know a lot of people who still do (some of which work for EA) and most of them will tell you the same.

well my point was they have enough people working for them that they could probably fix the few things that are messed up with MWO in a week or less, not trying to pawn MWO to EA ( i somewhat agree with your opinion ) but they could fix it faster than piranha games, even need for speed was screwed to pieces for the longest time, enough that i quit trying to play that lag-fest. its not like they don't have the money to do it and im sure ever single player would agree that a stable game is the best game.
