you are doing it right....
Sorry to hear that dude. I have pretty bad asthma, but have been OK with it. What caused you to stop? (I have heard others who did cause of asthma too, and then others with no issues, doctors who tell you not to, and doctors who tell you just to monitor your condition and keep a rescue inhaler handy) I don't get those suffocation like attacks fortunately, just real wheezy and weak, but not to the point I couldn't ascend and safety stop.
