You mentioned that you've got the staff to put out about one fully specced mech (plus variants) per month. What is your production rate for maps? Do you have plans to put out new maps at a consistent pace as MWO progresses?

Cataphract
1X - 5 Energy + 1 Ballistic
2X - 3 Energy + 1 Ballistic + 2 Missile

Rumor is is that the YLW will be able to be purchased with loyalty points in the future making it not an MC only mech. Is this true?

Controls:

Is it possible to have two new controls implemented ?

1) Lock Arms to Torso key. Basically your arm reticle would stay locked into your torso reticle.

2) Full reverse key. Example: If you are at 80% forward throttle, you hit the key and it automatically sets the controls to 80% reverse throttle. There is still the deceleration and acceleration of the mech as normal. Just one key command to make it happen. Right now wrestling with the controls is a real PITA. Also the full reverse would work the other way too. If 80% reverse, hit same key, then controls are set to 80% forward.

I consider these to be essential controls and would love to see them.

Have you investigated the possibility of asymmetric game/map types, such as Attack/Defend or Payload Escort? For games with a similar number of players-per-team, this approach has shown to be a good way to maximize coordination by not forcing the team to split between two different goals.

Are there any plans to provide the option when buying a mech using MC to be able to buy it as a gift for another player?

I have a buddy who is playing, he likes the Centurion, figured it would be nice to give him a YLW but there isn't a way to do this currently. It would also provide a way for the Houses and Merc groups to reward exceptional warriors.

Is there a time frame for an in game "store" to open up? Meaning things like premium mech skins, decals cockpit items etc. I'm sitting on a ton of MC that I'm saving for just such an occasion.

Ferro-Firbrous is significantly less useful than the Endo-steel upgrade. If these are to be competing upgrades is there any plans to change how Ferro-Firbrous works? There is a lore reason to have one over the other, but as it stands in MWO, unless you have the space for both, there is no reason anyone should take FF over ES.

Reverse throttle is already in there. Look at the bottom of your button remapping list. As a warning it seems to only work with joysticks.

Do you have any plans to alter the hardpoint system, or any other mechanic designed to prevent the homogenization of mechs into different sizes of dual gauss catapults? Such as adding something like heavy and light hardpoints that would limit the size of the weapons mounted there.


Could you detail the solutions that you've come up with for disrupting the long range targeting of Gauss and LRM boats?

Any plans on implementing the Gauss Rifle's minimum range?


PGI vs Goons slosh drops? Any takers?

When will we have a 75 ton 'mech?

Can you give us any information on upcoming maps or game modes? Will we ever see match types with some more sensible / military objectives? Something like a Battletech Table Top scenario with reinforcement rounds and differing objectives or multiple objectives?

You guys have taken some of the most godawful ugly pieces of 'Mech and redesigned them into some pretty sexy rides that bear very little resemblance to their eye-sore original designs. Are there any plans to do this with Unseen 'Mechs in the future? I mean, I don't need specifics, but since you're redesigning everything anyway, it seems like you could be in a unique position to give these classic 'Mechs back to the fans.

If you can make the Toastermech (er, Flea, sorry) look good, I imagine you could make the Marauder look like something that Harmony Gold doesn't own the rights to. Can you give us hope (or at least make us stop hoping)?

Any chance we can have open territorial warfare added like Planetside 2? I mean, it's cool what we have and what is planned but the Battletech novels do cater to and describe such concepts as territorial conflicts.

How diverse from free mechs will hero mechs be, going forward? What kinds of considerations are taken into account when deciding which playstyles or mech abilities/loadouts should be pay-only?

1- Can we have a weapon grouping setting system in the Mech Lab?

2- Would you consider to change the skin of the Yen-Lo-Wang? Would you consider adding 2 energy hardpoints in the left arm of the Yen-Lo-Wang so we can customize it to the upgraded version?

3- I know you are still balancing stuff, but we want numbers! Damage, heat, range of each weapon. How do you suppose a guy who doesn't know Battletech to figure out what weapons to put in his mech?

4- Could you implement an "auto target" function to the game? I see a lot of newbies who doesn't know they have to press "R" to lock targets for LRMs and SSRMs.

5- Command Console: how it will work? I suppose we can only mount it in the head - or no?

6- Could you lock the purchase and mounting of ammo for a weapon the mech doesn't have? (that would simplify things a lot)

7- Where are the more "alien" maps? Are there plans to add maps with very low gravity?

8- Will you be able to implement mechs running more than 200 km/h?

9- The Dragon DRG-1G is a variant of the Dragon, not a different mech. Why it isn't in the game yet?

10- What are your plans about the C3 Computer/Slave? Will you add them? How they will work?

11- Could you consider to make matches with only Trial mechs?

I want a full throttle key too.
(and a key for unjamming ultra autocannons)

EDIT: by adding 2 energy hardpoints in left arm of the Yen-Lo-Wang you could even bring back the CNT-AH.
