That Jun guy? He's been banging the "raaaa premades!" drum for a while. I wouldn't expect anything different there.

If you want some correct opinions, why not look here:

(Spoilers: my opinions are the best ones)

Yeah that Jun guy, he's a complete *****. I can't believe someone can be so dense "They refused to identify themselves as a premade so they must be a premade!"

Edit: Who the hell is this guy crapping up and trolling our thread?

That you didn't make any amount of sense when you were 14, doesn't mean I don't.
Idiocy isn't thing of age.

Now. Can we get back to proving my (no information giving) questions wrong?

After several failures at trying to explain you that quetions can not be proven wrong, I give up trying to explain you simple things. Instead I dare you to prove all of my questions wrong (if it is possible  ).

One of your questions asks if goons are mentally ill. If you think that is not indicative of an opinion on your part, why would you deliberately insult goons? Please do not resort to concern trolling in response, we've all seen that before.

Goons, what do you think of all this non sense up in the general discussion forum. Specifically pertaining to this Pug vs Premade non sense. I just checked out two threads where the poster played "10 matches" and claims that the other team was "obviously a premade" due to having several factors. 1.) A large amount of Founders Badges, 2.) Custom Variant Mechs 3.) Coordinated fire! and 4.) Several lights that would attempt to cap the base while a lone atlas would charge out into the enemy ranks and die while the rest flanked for diversion!

Are they really this stupid?

This game is so staggeringly team based and reliant on voice communication that it's surprising how many people are trying to defend pub play. Even if you have no mic, simply being able to hear the orders is all you need to go from pub to pro. Never pub, not even once.

Man, I love the first season of the IT crowd. And I'm a massive Chris Morris fan. And I fancy Katherine Parkinson something shocking. Basically this is a good clip for me.

Last night, I had a game where the chat feature was endlessly spammed with variations on "Squaaawk", though I didn't recognize any of the funny bird noises as the Tetatae I know. Has putting crazed, hungry birdmen on an open mike become a Goon tactic, or do we just need to slip some more sunflower seeds into the "budgie budget" next month? Is there a polite phrase I can use to let them know "Hey, I'm on the wrong side here but really, I'm friendly"?

Millet-arily speaking,

Wanderer

I'm going to give an official reply on this ridiculous insinuation that fake goons squawked at wanderer. It will be brief. I have a limited amount of bureaucratic electrons I can spend on caring about this.

I was in command of that lance, as far as any of us could be considered in command, since we were not coordinating very hard (and yet we still won. Amazeballs.)

We squawked all match because

A. We felt like it, and
B. We did not want to talk to you. You are a guy in this thread. If you man up and join the [REDACTED - OPSEC], then maybe we'll say hello before shooting you in the face.

Anders has not reduced our rations because we are not actually space birds in a military space bird organization.

I'll tell you this... every match I was in last night had a premade D:.

Simple solution for turning your PUG into a "premade": Press y -> "Go left, everyone stick in a big pile" -> enter. 60% of the time it works every time.

Point of my first post was to point out, that you are liking your own posts and to try to somehow defend Adridos.
That stupid(er) question got there for 2 reasons.
1st. Because I told you I've got "couple" of questions for you. And those 3 were basically same. So I added that one for more diversity.
2nd. For fun. Sometimes it can be fun, when you find people who don't take that kind of things (questions) as insults and make fun out of it.

4. Hey, we're not all birds. Someone's gotta clean the cages and make runs for fresh seed and cuttlebones, after all.

That's exacly what I was thinking about, when I was posting it.
3 negative answers on top of it, and one non serious answer on the bottom. :)

See, not very hard at all now, was it? Don't worry- once you started spamming chat, I was amusing myself with watching the PUG die, since you were killing them at a nice good fast pace and I'd chucked what few shots the Trial Awesome has in terms of LRMs. If you'd responded, I'd have actually helped you do it faster. Most Goon groups are quite nice about that (and chattier beyond bird noises), and it was the lack of any response that made me suspicious.

It does explain why Big Bird costumes REALLY sold out this Halloween, however. And one answer of "TENBUX" would have probably shaved at least two minutes off the match time plus a dance partner for the capture bonus.

You don't seem to be getting it, so I will say this with as much grace as I can before considering the topic closed - Goons do what goons do, and, despite what you seem to think, they are neither homogeneous nor answerable to you for their actions. We may squawk. We may cite Pete Rose's 1977 baserunning statistics. We may simply all walk out of bounds. (unlikely)

It is not your concern to record or police the things we do.

Mr. wanderer:

We have internal tribunals which deal with trouble makers like the aforementioned Mr. Wren. Suffice it to say that he, in direct contravention of Article 85.776(1)(b)(ii) of the High-Screech-Council Commands to wit: "Wasting the time of a great poster on the MW:O Forums in a Public Match in Which Squawks were Given (And not responding to the Questions of "Are you a Premade")" (not to be confused with Article 85.776(1)(b)(iii), which is "Wasting the time of a poor poster on the MW:O Forums in a Public Match in Which Squawks were Given (And not responding to the Questions of "Are you a Premade")" or Article 85.776(1)(a)(ii), "Wasting the time of a good to average poster on the MW:O Forums in a Public Match in Which Squawks were Not Given (But the other side identified us as Goons anyway)"), will be punished by having to take command of the J4G Penal Legion for the period of one (1) week.

We here at the Word of Lowtax thank you for bringing this to our attention, we can only hope that this was dealt with in a satisfactory manner to your satisfaction.

Robotically Yours,
Anders
