Chaos, once you know what unit you want Lis to be from, let me know and I'll do you up a concept art repaint of the Cicada.

You don't think I godmoded at all with Erin? I was kind of iffy about ruling her actions like that, but I wanted to set it up so that Jack could link up with you guys and join DeMarkus and for it to be perfectly logical in character if he stays with the Rainbow Stables or leaves if we all set up our own. I'd have run it by you again but I didn't want to come back to the other's having caught up to date and left the grounds for the day!
Not really. I really like how she's starting to become a character of her own. In my writing she's always bent over a computer terminal working on her ambitious plans. That being said, she could always of had the linguist receptionist send Ole'Jack on up to see 'da boss.'
When DeMarkus sees her he's gonna sh!t his pants.... That chick creeps him out.

And thanks for the support Thom! I can't wait to see how you guys all react to Jack's big entrance.

Hmmm...you're 20. Jack's been on the run for over 20 years - it's been 20 since a bounty hunter last came after him. I've had it in my head that he's been on the go for nearly 25 years, and that he's in his late forties. I think I chose 48. So Jack has been on the run for since before you were born.
Hmmm.
Tell you what, let's say after trashing that newscrew Erin is incredibly pissed. She makes Jack shower and shave, gives him a nice suit to wear. Suddenly Jack is in a well tailored suit with a trimmed goatee and sideburns, hair in a ponytail. He's giving a public apology for jumping down on the newscrew, (honestly) that he didn't know they were there and (lying about) how much of a cr*p he gives. Liz sees him and he looks familiar. In fact, she's sure she's seen pictures of him before. Some noble she's sure. Clearly, this is a man of integrity and honour. If he's part of these Rainbow Stables, he must be on the level. So she joins up, Jack gets edgy when she meets him and refuses to talk to her (for a while) worried that if she can recognise him, anyone who happens to be in his father's employ will know who he is for sure. But he can't jump planet because Erin has his mechs, and two of them are in no position to be moved. Plus his gimp leg...no he's stuck here for a while. A couple weeks pass and he decides he's probably safe, or something would have happened by now (Whether he is or not is up to Thom and Gozar). In the meantime, DeMarkus is around when Jack blows Liz off. Wanders over commenting on how Jack must be pissy, he's always a bit like that. Actually, maybe not DeMarkus, perhaps Kaylee? Both are pretty upstanding individuals (With Kaylee being a bit more on the insanely naive/sweet side, perhaps Liz would open up to her more) and she befriends him/her instead?
Thoughts?

Maybe she subtly works behind the scenes to help the group out anyway, then tries to assassinate one of us. Less resource intensive for LOKI, same end point for them.

You forgot the Merc, aka Dylan, so that the Dragoons could get a little public light to showoff our talent.

I technically have a fully functional Warhammer in my basement, but, due to staying under cover, I am only to use the Flea until everyone else gets their machines into the heavy weight classes.

I think Sparks had assumed you'd gone AWOL - I know I had, you've not been on steam or anything. Besides, when trying to get a stable of all the Major Houses, the Puppies Dragoons aren't counted

I'll allow it... Kaylee insanely sweet/naive. Am I doing a good job portraing her? Where the Hell is Azman? he'd know if I'm playing her right for sure.

GW, Rogue here does have some very valid points. Takashi Kurita still hates the wolves at this point, Hell he hates them all the way untill he dies. He just hates them a little less after they beat off the vat-brats on Luthien in '52... He even has that 'Death to Mercenaries' thing going on.... I think Dylan is going to be getting lots of challenges from Combine warriors all of a sudden.
Maybe in your newest post you can have Dylan in a hospital bed recovering from getting beat up by a girl *snickers* and he's thinking back 'to that one night.' It would explain your absence...

Thom, I think you're doing a pretty good job of portraying Kaylee. She's sweet and innocent, without being annoying as hell. Good job

That would be a great idea.
