Got it bro. Improving the lifes of real poverty stricken children is nothing compared to the horror of not according ONLINE SPACE ROBOT FIGHTS their due weight. That's not a ****** up statement at all.
Is this really a group that should be telling anyone how to do anything? I guess they get the not giving a **** about the poor part of the Fedarast nobility correct, but that's probably not the quality most Fed players are looking for.
No, im saying that giving to charity doesnt excuse the behavior of your unit in every community it has been a part of. It doesnt give you the right to be immature, disrespectful, asshats. If you think your unit is anything but you are delusional....poor attempt at twisting words around, but I give you credit for trying.
And there are plenty of individuals who give to charity, dont think for a second it makes you special in "an internet game about robots" as you so eloquently put it. More to the point you missed the point. Your unit didnt give to charity out of the goodness of their heart, whatever the motivations were, wearing it like a badge of goodly conduct only brings more shame to the way you act on the daily in the communities you are a part of.

Look at this way folks, determining CoC is about the metagame. When choosing how to establish the CoC, you're basically asking 'Who do I want to play a game with' on a larger scale. Do you really want to play with someone who takes a game more seriously then the education of small, adorable children? We've all played ping pong with that guy and we all think he's an insufferable ***.

Just like a politician.
Ask yourself a better question : Do you believe the bullshit coming out of his mouth, or do you look at the conduct of the rest of his community in every other game they have been a part of.
And yes, I believe it is more important to treat other people with respect and dignity. (except when they dont deserve it, see goonswarm for a good example.) When people like you come along and believe they can treat people the way they want just cause its "on the internet" because there are "no consequences" it makes me sick. Its cowardly and disgusting, but hey you give to charity right?
your post about "internet forum posters" says it all, its your demeanor towards people you dont know, "the adorable little kids" included. You dont respect them or give two ***** about their lives. You just want the status and prestige that goes along with donating to charity, and that my friend is the sickest thing about you.
I would bet that you are a shallow, self serving, asshat with zero interpersonal skills, who at his core cant stand to look at himself in the mirror. I bet you have never had a meaningful relationship in your life, hence the need to quantify using things like "charity" to try to define your character. Keep trying to twist my posts with your pathetic attempts to promote your unit's conduct and reputation. You might just fool some of the people in the community.
Mind you, this is just my personal opinion, I could be wrong, but considering I evaluate and assess people's personalities for a living, I would put money on my assessment.

He meant the very oposite. People that write too many worlds about internet robots are included, "the adorable little kids" excluded.

You probably work in human resources somewhere. I doubt that you are a psychiatrist or doctor because your reading comprehension is too bad for that. You also jump to conclusions and strongly project your own opinions onto other people which disqualifies you for any serious work in assessing other peoples minds.
It's certainly good enough for corporate america though...

you are talking about a community in which you have no training, no education and no real basis for understanding if that is what you think. A graduate degree or doctorate does not necessarily immediately qualify someone to perform a job or a function. That is why while you pursue one of these degrees you have to conduct clinical's or field work. It teaches you a science and gives a basis of understanding, real work experience is where you learn to "do the job". Likewise the quality of education given by American Universities is sub-par compared to many other universities around the world, so dont believe the hype that society (and mainly the universities) want you to believe about "higher education" That being said, I have been referred to pursuit a higher education by the community because I am good at what I do. Specifically Psychological Anthropology. But keep talking, your ignorance and attempts at self validation are great practice.
"you jump to conclusions and strongly project your own opinions onto other people"
I would love to know, based on your extensive experience and education where your qualifying analysis for that statement is. Please be specific and quote me.
"He meant the opposite"
No simply put, he did not.
You are right it is great for corporate America, but I dont want to work for greedy, self absorbed, evil, asshats, just like I dont want to participate in my personal hobbies with disrespectful, unprofessional, self absorbed, egotistical, immature asshats.
See what I did there ? There is a consistency in my personality and my statements regarding completely different topics and portions of life and society. When you see consistency in statements, and disposition, you can start establishing a baseline in personality. You can then compare that baseline to different situations that you expose that individual to. Being embarrassed, angry, happy, confused, etc etc....compare the baseline overtime (see me original posts) and you can get a reliable first look at what makes a person tick, its really not difficult once you know the process (I.E. doesnt take a "Doctor" to do it, just lots of practice.) The more you guys post, the more I learn about you.
Your unit baseline is : Disrespectful, Unprofessional, self absorbed, egotistical, immature asshats.
anything else you would like to add ?

You know what internet stuff has consequences? Cyber bullying, fraud, addiction to online games, and possibly videos of kittens your aunt forwards you. Things somehow related back to real life. You know what internet stuff has literally no consequences what so ever? Anything dealing with products derived from a cheesy, slightly racist, 1980's space robot table top games. And I'll disregard the personal opinions of those who can't immediately tell the difference between the two.

At least you are starting to lose the bullshit and tell the truth.
You have gone from its okay because I give to charity, to Its okay because it has no effect "in real life"
I think its funny that you want to talk about cyber bullying being one of the things that "has consequences" cause that is what your unit clearly attempted to do earlier, albeit poorly.
What you and I both know, is your personality does have an effect on your life, even if you wont admit it here, your response pretty much tells me I was in the ballpark and struck a nerve. Its easy to lie on the internet, so you will never admit it, but now we both know, dont we?
Im just trying to demonstrate that your unit is a general plague where ever it goes based on your complete disregard for other people, and your "lack of caring" is great evidence of that.
we already know you are self absorbed, immature asshats, you didnt need to agree with us, but im glad you were at least honest for a change. Doesnt that feel a little better now? Its okay, honestly, its not like the community opinion of you will change to admit what you are to the rest of us, we can see it clearly. Likewise, you can stop pretending in your personal life, I assure you, most of the people see you for what you are there too.
