I personally find the Centurion redesign very interesting and i have to admit Centurion was one of the ugliest mechs in my opinion...But this redesign makes me wanna shoot some commandos-jenners with that ac-10 :).On the other hand i don't like the Awesome redesign a lot(i don't like the added left hand...).What's your opinion guyz?

I like the Commando redesign. I would like to see the Thunderbolt redesigned. Standard it had max armor, large laser, LRM15, 3 medium lasers, SRM2, and 2 machine guns. Yeeeahh, it had a heat problem, but you do a slight mod and that wasn't a problem anymore if you played smart.

None of the mechs that have been shown so far are really of any interest to me, but just looking at the art on Sarna and comparing it to the art here, I am really liking ALL of the redesigns.

The Catapult, for one, looks awesome. In MW4 it had a very silly looking cockpit that made it appear almost like a parody of the mighty Timber Wolf. Now, it actually looks like its own badass mech.

I am excited to see more art and more mechs.

I agree with you about the hand on the Awesome though. I think hands on battlemechs in general are rather silly, even if they would actually be quite useful. Interestingly, if you look on Sarna, the Awesome seems to have always had that left hand. So MW4's version seems to be the variant.

Catapult. Goes back to the more beefy style that it had back in MW2:Merc days, when it looked like a real mean piece of machinery instead of the stupid "mushroom" style depicted later on.

I like the Dragon redesign a lot, but that may just be the heavy pilot in me. It's a lot more intimidating now, before(in MW4) it just looked like Zeus's younger brother.

Catapult, then Dragon, but I can assure you there is still room to improve. ;)

I hope they can get the rights to the unseens/reseens, I'd really like to see what they can do with the Rifleman or Ostroc.

There are canon (TRO artwork of the Awesome without the hand actuator (eg TRO 3050U ) I agree it looks better with it however.

I kind of liked the old Centurion. Hoping the Reseens are close to Awesome...

I like all of them. FD's take on mechs is one I like. Many of the originals, especially anything beginning with Ost, just looked silly. I played the original despite many of the mechs, not because of them.

I've become a big fan of flyingdebris' version of the Vindicator and I'm hoping it makes it into the game...

Catapult, hands down. I've seen a bunch of different art styles for the Catapult, but this is by far the coolest one. Which is saying something, because I already liked the 'mech in the first place.

Iv never seen this FD VIndicator, do you have a link?
As for my fav redesign I have to say the Catapault as well followed by the Centurion. Damn nice improvments. All the others so far have been good updates as well but those two stand out.
