If my memory serves me right you would need to sign up on the forums to submit an application. Our website is much more than just a forum.

You need to go to the website (http://mwo.enjin.com) and submit an application - you will need an Enjin signup account first. Once that is done and approved, you are moved onto NAIS training, during which period you are absolutely welcome to come join us in TeamSpeak and drop with any of the groups, which are running pretty much 24/7 these days. After two weeks or so, you will then be assigned a position in a lance within one of the three regiments, and you get to be part of a very vibrant, active community group :P

As to perks and advantages... there are none (as yet). Community Warfare will introduce battles between the different factions, but for now it is more down to simply finding a group with which you feel comfortable and with whom you can have fun! Of course, there is also a whole lot of help and advice on offer if you wish to take advantage of it, whether it be on mech builds, tactics or anything else with which you might be struggling.

We hope to see you popping in to take a look at us soon!

Great group to get. Friendly leadership with expectations and guidelines for drops as well as when talking in the voice channel.

Hi guys,

I'm an Aussie looking for a nice friendly group that can understand that being a Dad in reallife takes priority over the game.

I have mastered the Atlas and almost the Commando, I dont mind being directed, and taking orders, but have the brains to be "flexible" if the stuff hits the fan.

I am so Davion aligned that if they ever make the Hatchetman available - I'll be among the first to have it :)

I have joined your TS server and look forward to going on drops with you all

Gentleman,
Very interested in your group. I have read your code and am glad to see some honor and respect still around. I have been PUGing for a good while now and can not seem to make any headway. I am not the best player in the world but like to hit the field of battle and play. I am an arty type of guy and also like to snipe a little. Helping the team to advance is more important than the single person. If the team wins as a whole then you also win. I have 2 atlas in elite and am working on my third. I have went as far as buying a 15 slot ts3 server for a year to try and find like minded people to play with no luck.I still have an empty server. COC is also very important. I can take orders and even give them IF I have earned the right to do so. Working hard to move up is the only way to go, to earn what you get. with that being said, I would like to stop by your teamspeak server and hang out a little. would you be receptive to this. thanks for your time and good luck on the battlefield.

Weird thing is, my profile has been created nearly 2 weeks ago on the HHoD forums, but it still shows "Application submitted", and am still unable to post anything as of today.

Is there a specific "vetting" process I am not aware of before my application is even accepted on the forum?

Thanks

Been rolling with these guys for about 2 weeks, they're pretty fun. Lots of people willing to help hone your skills as well. I got shown a lot of things that I never considered before when piloting my scrap heap.

Drop in the TS and play with us. Huzzah!

I am a part time player - I have yet to actually play the game (will be starting tonight - downloading a patch that is going really slow for some reason). I have played battletech since it came out in 1985 and have played every mechwarrior game including the crescent hawk games from the commodore 64/vic 128 era.

Name: Brian
Callsign: GrayWolf/GreyWolf79 (or hey you sometimes)
Timezone: GMT -6:00 (Central Time zone USA, Texas)
Playstyle: Slow and Steady Assault
Roletype: Sniper and firesupport
Preferred Weight: Heavy/Assault

Currently I am installing - been having computer troubles for a while and was not able to install previously (been a beta member for a long time, signed up for an account back when the sight first went active). New computer should allow me to play at least 1 time a week though. I am also installing teamspeak - but never used it before.

Would a player like me be welcome?
