Near the location 1600 1600 132 is a capzone colored square.

However, nice patch

Not sure how to describe this better, but on forest colony snow map we were standing in the enemy base (the side not on the hill) and even with multiple mechs standing inside the capture area the base cap would not go down. there were no enemy mechs standing in the area with us. Our base was being captured when we walked into theirs. Not sure if it is a bug with the game being unable to process two captures at once, or an incorrect base cap location.

Although it is a new map, so bugs with the cap point are possible...
You really sure there wasn't a mech at the edge of the cap(I love doing that), or hiding on it shutdown?

Unless the guy was invisible (which is an entirely different problem lol) there was no enemy on the cap. My guess would be that for some reason the location did not load correctly on that individual match.

Invisible mechs are a ways off! But I've seen this very rare bug before, its just that a very rare bug and it sucks that it happens.

Map: Snow Forest Colony
Bug type: Visual

Grid F4 on the map has the ground outlines (in red) of a base capture location. I took a screenshot but all i got was a black screen. So I'll simply tell devs where to find it.

(I've stated this before but was told to make all my bugs separate reports.)

Map shows players as out of bounds at spawn for side starting near the giant crane. They do not receive the out of bounds warning.

Bump. The map is a fun map and welcome addition, just need to fix the boundaries and spawn points.

I've seen the out of border spawn, not the capture zone...I shall investigate!

Thus far, I have spawned out of bounds in the Snowy Forest Colony map twice, at least once in a cluster as in the original post (very close to those coordinates too). I have also noticed the second capture zone border on the island twice.

Just want to mention, there is a 2nd, non functional, cap area in the water (grid F4).
Must be a left over from experimenting with new cap spots o0

Remove it, or make it functional ^_^

I've already posted it.
Press F9, to get coordinates and FPS. The coordinates are good for such bug reporting.

I didn't saw your thread, i scrolled down 2 pages and the useless search function didn't bring anything up.
I know of the position infos from F9, but i didnt found it very useful in this particular bug. Thanks anyway.

I started to use them to gather stuck place coordinates.
If you encounter any stuck places on the maps, please screenshot it with the coordinates. I have already collected a bunch of positions... You know of an existing thread with this issue already running?

Just watched a game where capping started, then stalled after about 20 seconds in.

The other team was able to cap.

No enemies were on base, no dead mechs on base, etc..

It simply would not count down to cap.

The other team was able to successfuly cap, so I don't know if it's a counter-updating or simply a cap-bug.

Please add to the list.

Just had something similar happen aswell going to wait a couple more times of it happening before i report it... Just to be sure. In my scenerio the friendly bar was full and i did not get the message someone was capping our base, There was one of them left and 3 of us and i was heading to cap them all of the sudden the defeat message came across...

I did see someone in a match today use jump jets in a light to land on top of the new base structure thing where you drop, and power down. I have no idea if this is related, since I've also seen glitches related to capping. Like the time I saw a base under attack message before I'd walked out of the base at the start of the match. And it was going down. Unfortunately everybody thought someone else was getting the screenshot.

I have had failures to engage capping while standing with teammates on the enemy base, but last week, not this week.

last patch, I saw a Raven in our base, but he wasnt gaining cap...had to kill the lil ****** while he wandered about aimlessly in the cap square. Poor guy had to skills or no weapons, because it was easiest kill ever..like shooting a drunk Atlas.

He even turned and looked at me with a sad mech face, like, "Why?"
