Ahh yes, i am quite aware of those signs, as i have a friend who does that whenever we start to smack talk among all of us. However when he does it, we all just laugh at him for looking like an *****........

Yep, only one I see with the big screen, stereo speakers, and a cool beverage. I was thinking that and reading through the posts to see if someone else notice.

This right here made my day at work. I hid in the bathroom and pored over this announcement for any tiny little bit of info they might have let slip. Though the conspicuously empty desk and the guy in the mid left with his monitor angled to the side and visible over his shoulder seems to me like a staged shot, and unlikely to show us anything beyond the usual amount of tease.

Oh Garth, you dirty dirty harlot, you do tempt and tease me so....

quite a few beers in that picture. Less than I actually expected which means some people have to drive home and others (programmers) are staying all night sucking down beer and eating pizza. Who needs sleep, open beta needs to be done now!

Was it pot luck or pizza? There is probably still one guy wandering around today saying "I heard talk of pie.." with a full auto fork. These folks are only slightly too mild for bingo night. At least load up one kid with enough sugar to kill six standing elephants, bedazzle him with promises of big robots blasting things and turn him loose screaming through the aisles to properly simulate gaming under household normal conditions.

So tame. I don't know, this is kind of deflating my expectation of 'awesome'. Now to achieve 'awesome' is really going to be quite a hurdle after this. Release had better see lots of cheerleaders, in scant cloth that could only one day aspire to being a bikini, screaming their heads off about "We got 'Mechs, how about you?". Also, I hear Hank Jr. is jobless after losing his Monday Night Football gig. "Are you ready for some 'Mechball!?" Step it up guys we I want AC/DC not Mayberry RFD. Or at least Paul's mom there pwning him with baby pictures @ a public function.
