To clarify my previous post: Great art as always, and Blackjack was predictable (as now is Orion... am I right?). But these hardpoints cramped in the arms upsets me. I know that old art shows it like this, but if you prefer artwork over TROs - why no lasers in the arms of CDA-2A? Now we're in the realm of adjusting canon Battletech configs for perhaps balance purposes... I'm worried. What's bad in giving the Blackjack less controllable but more staying firepower as per TRO with torso hardpoints? Jagermech resemblance? Damn it, they have 20 tons between them - it's even greater relative distance than 25 tons between Orion and Atlas (I heard that some devs think that Orion is too Atlas-like by loadout... ehm, so what? Great tonnage difference is enough).

I assume, seeing as it lacks lower arm actuators it can match the Wang step for step when it comes to weapons.. In fact it is even more versatile

I know it still does not replace the -AH but at least now people have a medium that potentially can load a AC/20 in the arm. Or am i completely wrong..?

hmm, the torso lasers was one that just flat out slipped past me, i should have know better than to trust them tro arts.

i'll fix that in the orthos

speaking of Othos... would anyone esle kill for a book (digital or otherwise) with the orthos and other concept art of the mechs in this game... I know i would pay some very nice money for that.

It's fluff man. The story is about A blackjack, not necessarily one of the variants that will be in MWO.

Don't worry man, the same thing has happened before with the Dragon having no lower arm actuator. Its just an art fudge and will be fixed, same as the Dragon.

Hey cool. At the rate they put out mechs, its nice to have about a years notice the Blackjack will one day be in game.
