One day the villagers may realize that this isn't the release version of the game.

Exactly. There is ABSOLUTELY NO NEED to start deleting flame-threads, besides artificially improving perception of the product (i.e. not letting players point out flaws in the product), so that newbies spend $$ on MC. Flame-threads die by themselves pretty quick. This move just shows that the devs are not capable to deal with their own big f*$ck-ups and publisher, in all its clairvoyance, is pushing them to play stupid TV-store-level marketing.
They are enforcing common decency, unfortunately it seems as tho you have none. There is an enormous difference between saying "I don't agree with this" to your "own big f*$ck-ups and". Grow up the internet does not belong to you and if they wish to enforce rules upon their forum they will. Don't like it? It is a free internet, leave!

The issue is mostly with their process on implementing patches to live, I think. Once they sort out that stuff then I am sure we'll have smoother and less stressful patch days.

They have had months and months of patch days, how long does it take to sort their processes out?

so that results in short stature mechs being able to literally hug the legs of larger mechs
without any risk, allowing them to be virtually impossible to target and hit, since our
mechs can't "bend" at the waste even a little bit to target things at our feet. ""
6 large mechs running around and cant kill 1 jenner?
You nerfed streaks AND dhs, AND buffed lrm ?!
I see no need in building a mech anymore. I will be driving a trial lrm boat for the
foreseeable future.

1) LRM damage is being decreased *slightly*
2) The LRM trajectory has been fixed. It was a bug that cause the 90-degree drops on the top of your Mech.
3) The Artemis isn't LOSING the group tightening, it's just not going to be as tight. How much is it being reduced by? 5%.
4) It's not a 3rd person cockpit. It's the 1st person cockpit that gets drawn around your pilot. It would shift out of destroyed Mech when you spectate them in 3rd person.
So the LRMs are still even stronger than they were before the last major patch, and are therefore still way overpowered, and will therefore still be overwhelmingly spammed to the extent that the outcome of every single match is determined by which team has more LRM boats.

Why do you think this? My impression is that they are weaker than before the last patch. Same trajectory but 15% less damage.
