add slight knocking back. its just not right

I gotta agree with this dude. The lack of knock around is a little weird. I die from LRMs more now because I don't realize whats hitting me till too late. I'm sure I'll get used to it but it feels like it's raining lazers.

As much as i love the LRMs, i do believe its over powered and may put off new players, as each match i've played lately its been a game or LRMing one another. And you can always tell a "nood" on the battlefield cause they runout into the open guns blazing and then... BAM!!! they get hammered by 4-5 mechs with LRMs.

Ohh and what are they doing to the arc of the LRMs? are they flying too high over the moutains or some thing making it easy to hit hidden targets?

  • Increase Artemis missile spread

Does this also affect ASRM spread? Cause i felt that hit the mark pretty good and made them viable again.

EDIT: For us guys from Germany 10AM equals 7PM if im not mistaken. A 9h difference afaik.

this hot fix can't come soon enough... I can't take another night of the Rocketeers, Makin' it Rain LRMs

and I wasn't even using LRMs... I was trying to flank and take the fight to them, but opposing missle boats were getting blasted by missle boats on my own team before I could even put more than a couple shots out.

LOL, but at least we all had that one special night together...

call me, maybe

even at 1.5 LRMS would be fine. they are supposed to be a support / softening gun, not killers.

Looking forward to the patch!

Good tuning fix, and good response to those who violate the forum standards. Just another notch forward in the long journey toward a superbly-simulated Inner Sphere.

While it's okay to provide negative/constructive feedback, trashing on the dev team or the testing team that is working long hours tracking MUCH more severe issues, is no longer being tolerated on these forums.

Agree with this. People are working hard on something that's coming out great. Complaining about a feature or change (with a logical rationale) is great, that's how games get tuned. Complaining about how the dev team sucks or the testers suck or whatever, even though 99.99998% of forum users have NO idea whats going on at the studio, should be a path to a forum ban.

I too support turning the forums into Communist China.

Yeah I had been noticing the first person version of other people's cockpits (and my own) showing through as transparent (and where the actual view is located, making it look especially weird), seemingly triggered by death.
