Hi Devs,

I'd like to ask this on behalf of the non-North American players.

A poll here:

Shows that your audience is only 25% NA players. In fact, number wise, if Europe was considered its own region, it would be more than double NA numbers.

If the numbers on that poll deviate drastically from your own internal figures, then maybe you could give us an idea of what they really are like.

Recently in your interviews with Kotaku, you were not very positive about getting servers to other areas of the world.

Could you give us an idea of what the rationale behind that current stance is, especially if the poll region numbers are roughly correct?

1: Will we be getting any nighttime maps (or day/night cycles) in the foreseeable future?
Currently, there's no point in ever using nightvision.

2: Any updates on what type of system the CW will be based on?
for instance a Risk-type map like Wot, capture nodes and hubs like planetside 1 but on a planetary scale or something entirely different?


3: I'd like to see some of the human faces behind all the work being done at the studio on mwo, how about an unrehearsed walkaround video showing off your workplace and coworkers?

What will the benefits be for Subscribing to MWO, over just buying MC to get the bonus(es) for a month, or is that what you consider Subscribed to MWO?

Thanks for taking the time to reply to these questions :)

Can you give us a run down on how you intend ECM to actually affect the game and what it is suposed to do?

ALSO and i would like this answered more than any other question ive seen in this thread.... Can the Dev Team please Do a Dev Blog on Community Warfare <1 Year Later> ???? It Seemed to me that the First one you guys did Generated ALOT of intrest and Hype... Can you let us in on what is still "accurate" in your plans and what has changed < For CW > in the past year?

Will there ever be a system in place to make syncing drops easier to support things like RHOD and other tournaments within the community. Like a lobby system where you can do customized matches outside of the faction based warfare?

When the clan invasion happens and clans are introduced to the game....are clan mechs only goin to be accessable to only those who have allience to the clans or will they be playable by all?

i would hope pgi keeps the game diverse and seperates the clans and the houses from each other this way..clan's shouldn't be running house mechs and houses not clan mechs..

Any plans on giving us some more of the rare Star League era mechs such as the Crab and King Crab? After all we are getting the Highlander...

Also I have seen some suggestions on limiting the advanced electronics the certain mech variants to help create a little more diversity among the weight classes. Any thoughts on that?

My question might be a little difficult to answer, but please, bear with me.

Why did you choose to break the balance of the original game? Ok, the doubled armour values seem to be a great desision. But a lot of problems with LRMs surfaced after you let TAG do NARC's job. Had it not been better hold TAG back until the implementation of Arrow IV and deal with LRMs without the implementation of new mechanics? Then the double heatsinks. You'll probably have to rebalance them again after the clan invasion due to the massive heat load of the clan's weapons. Does it not bother you that you are probably creating more issues than you are solving with introducing such changes into a somewhat stable and balanced original game?

Where does PGI stand on the Gausscat, do your internal numbers show that this mech is as overpowered as some claim, and if not, are there any mechs that are statistically OP?

Seems like a simple enough fix to me...

Put them in the arms and the K2 becomes vulnerable again. Still packs one heck of a wallop, but not the unrivaled menace it is today.

Hi there !

1. Today - the Personal Computer have a different role - to that, what whe haved 10 years ago. We got a potent system - capable - handling up to 3 Monitors - including 4+ Cores. Is it planned - to use - a solution - to drag (for example) - the strategic Map on the second screen ? (while all Monitors are windowed ?)

2. Exclusive for Mercs i would like to know, if it is planned to have a "Merc-Hangar" - where Modules/Weapon/Ammo - can shared by the members of the Merc-Corporation ?

- if the answer is yes - "Would be there a right-management, wich possible can misused to steal some items ?" (like in eve online ?)

- if the answer is no - "Is there otherwise planned to have loot-rule for the dropped salvage" - for example, we salvage a ac/20 - that this ac/20 is now available for the player/merc ?

(like it was playable for Mercs - in Mechwarrior 2 Mercenaries)

3. Cammo-Skins - will there be a solution to have "unique" Colorization of the Cammo - for the Mercs ?
(and available for all Mercs-Members ?)

What, if anything, are you going to do about regional servers? If you set up servers in EU, AsiaPac, etc, will community warfare be separated into different shards, or will we all be playing in the same universe? Will EU players still be able to play with US players?

My ideal system would be for PGI to have servers worldwide, but not force players to choose only a single region. For each match, a server would be chosen which is closest to the majority of players in the match; The matchmaker would try to put together PUG groups from the same region, but in an 8v8 premade group match, it would use the regional servers for whichever region most of those 16 players were in. So if I as a European group up with my American friends, we get to play together on "their" server, but if two EU groups face off, they'll all connect to an EU server.
