Can a Mod/Dev give me the answer?
Is there going to be a wipe at end of beta?

It's a reset of the TIME and nothing else. It states specifically in every link you posted that it's the Premium Time. No a wipe or reset of bills, xp, mc or anything like that. Just so we can use our time when we want to. /facepalm
Edit: to make it really stand out:
[Bryan]
We are working on a Premium Time redeem button
Late November Patch
- Your Founder's Premium Time will be reset to full.
- A redeem button will be available in the Front End of the Client.
- If you click the button and accept the prompt, your time will be injected in FULL and begin counting down.
- This is a one time permanent operation.
- This operation is not reversible or refundable.
We have heard your cries and we are responding to them…
On the date of Open Beta, your Premium Account timer WILL start ticking. Around Open Beta, a button will appear that will allow YOU the Founder’s account holder to decide when the timer starts to tick down. At the same time as this button appearing, your used Premium Account time will be reset to its full value. At that point, you can click the button to start your timer but you cannot stop it. It will be up to you to decide when the Premium Account starts to tick.
Please note that this only applies to Founder’s Premium Account Bonus. Founder’s Mechs behave as planned from Open Beta onward
Players who purchase a Premium Account AFTER Open Beta will have their timers start immediately upon purchase.

I think you are thinking of the wipe they did in Closed Beta where they said it was the last wipe before the Final Wipe prior to open beta. At that time they said there would be no more wipes unless something went terribly wrong until the wipe at the launch of open.
Of course now we are in Open, so we have had our final wipe. There will be no more wipes. The resetting of premium time isn't a wipe by any means.

It is working out. I just finished my nightly playing of computer games for fun, then stopped by here to see the flamestorm forums on this game that I was super looking forward to, but got borked. Is it useful, no, not really. This is the norm anymore. But, it doesn't mean I have to like it. If we as gamers don't revolt against the trend though, it will only get worse. I'm just really tired of franchises I like being developed by gaming companies that don't deserve my money.
