Come check us out! we are a semi hardcore team that plays multiple games together. Hardcore in the terms you put it using tactics, and working as a team come game time, but laid back and we hang out and ******** when not in game. We don't say things like "Sir", "Khan", and various other uber-Battletech-for-seriousness-terms.

No mandatory practices, trust me you'll be playing so much together that comradery and battle finesse will come with experience of winging each other so much.

We also have a Training lab area of our site for team members including videos, screenshots, charts and various other things to help you with improving your understanding of the mechanics of the game. So give us a look over, come hang out, test the water before you commit full time ^_^

Sounds like the Blazing Aces might be what you're looking for.
