True. But if I see it I don't have to say anything. If you didn't see anything you can't make a judgement either way. If both parties are already firing just hold you fire unless one of them hits you.
It cannot be tolerated. Justice must be served.

just got a crit back shot from a teammate in an atlas and when i shot him to let him know i was upset he decided to anhilate my mech. then he said i was the instigater. kinda sick of the stupidity involved.
Maybe you walked in front of him while he was engaging a target. You know how many times I have accidently walked in front of a friendly and took a hit? I never blame them for my poor placement especially if they are a slower mech you should never be between more firepower and your enemy, it only hurts your team because he cannot shoot. I learned the hard way.

We were moving down toward the lake to set up defensive positions around E5-E6 to see what we could learn about the opposition when I saw the Dragon shooting my lancemate again. So I fired on the Dragon as a warning. He fired on my lancemate again. So we took him down. He promptly calls out on global text calling "TEAMKILLER!". I asked him in group text chat why he had fired on <lancemate name withheld>. In global he asked why we killed him. I replied in Global 'Because you were the only fool who fired on one of us without cause."
Mad dogs need to be put down. No mercy.

2. Type something like "stop this, <PLAYER_NAME_HERE>" on team chat.
3. Just after sending the message, shot any other friend in the back (an Atlas would be nice).
4. Tell the Atlas it was him.
5. Just to be sure you got the message, WELCOME TO THE INTERNET.

Then you say sorry. I never fire on a player for a single FF. I know how the weapons can be "wonky" but to continue to be shot upon, "Shoot me one shame on you, shoot me twice, Shame on me. NOW DIE LIKE A DOG!!!!"
In reality after the second time I was fired on by the same player, I turned faced him and asked whats up? Only to be shot a third time. Lesson learned,... Don't Mess with an Atlas unless you are ready to get hurt.
Player had the gall to try calling me out as a team killer. Well yes I did, but after putting down the TK player with the aid of a Jenner, I killed 3 enemies and helped the team win the match.

I´d rather play a game with 7 newbies, then with 7 people like you.
Minor leg damage from an collision I can understand. Taking fire from a teammate while in the heat of a brawl I can understand. Getting hit in the first 30 seconds of a match before the enemy has even been spotted is completely unacceptable.

Fortunately he was in a useless commando so all he did was scratch some itches for me. After I killed the atlas I took his leg off and let him hobble around the rest of the match.

LOL.
Was the "crit back shot" from a gauss rifle?
Were you in a Cat?
Were you standing on a ridge with the Atlas?
Was this about 3 minutes into the match?
Did you fail to check the hill behind you for an enemy Raven with a gauss rifle?
If yes to all of the above, I think I know what happened.

What happens is you launch and look for a match, it takes some time so you go to a browser and surf the web until the match starts. You realize the match has started so you habitually left click on the game window to bring it to the top and bam, you just fired off your weapons.
