Well, they broke the seal on the 3050 mechs.

I am still not sure if the better plan would have been to keep pounding out 3025 mechs just to get them out of the way, also there is the fact that the Raven so top of the line tech wise, there is little to change/modify on it.

FD's art is fine, I don't understand the complaints. If they ever do the Locust, I can see the same design being implemented, as just the body would be changed.

Hmm, I like the fact that the 'beak' is elongated a little bit, but It does look a bit too Bushwackery. I can live with it though. Just not what I was expecting.

Sure alot of ppl are chuffed about the raven..I was happy with the Atlas..

I have taken 2 months of work from the beginning of June hoping for the beta, give us a clue hey..

Too much to ask for??

Much better than the droopy-snout -aka- Gonzo nose design most designs have inherited. I also like the fact that FD adjusted the scale of the cockpit area to reduce the out-of-scale greenhouse effect...

Looks like the e-technological wonder it's supposed to be.

Love the new updated design. Kudos. Much more military than the previous bug look of the original. No need to have a windshield that says PPC me. Lol so I like the new cockpit. Smarter looking.

Good guidance to the 3D modelers FD. The more plate like appearance of the Raven snout will render very well in CE3. So what we are seeing here is a wonderful blend of form and function and good performance on our computer rigs.

Just out of curiousity, what is the triangle budget for this beauty?

Ahh, I see it now. This is a captured Liao machine, with only a couple of hints of the old logo, underneath the Davion logo (triangle tip at the bottom, and part of the sword tip at top right).

This would be a Tikonov veteran. 1st Crucis (New Avalon) Lancers would be the ones to have taken this mech from the stinking Cappies after taking Tikonov from them as well.

I would have guessed you had several designs in the pipeline and so, when the Raven won the poll, you decided to release that first.
